It is 1 to 2min walk to the night street. You can find restaurant and shopping in this street. And it's about 5min walk to the metro station exit. Just 2 stop from 苏州站。very convenient as we come from shanghai. The room is spacious and could have connecting room for a twin room and a queen bed room. Baby cot is a small one for less than 1.5 year old. The breakfast is very nice, have few types of steam bun, western style, also have 3 types of porridge even baby 1 year old can eat. Also have fruits like pear which is crunchy and very nice. We take taxi to 山唐老街about 15 minutes. You may also choose to go there by train.

We highly recommend staying at this hotel in Suzhou. It is super close to main city attractions, has a metro station in proximity and there is also a great Shengjian Bao restaurant nearby. The premises have a modern, international style but it is also proud of being Chinese hotel (there are themed elevators with Chinese achievements). In this hotel you can find a well-equipped fitness zone that you can use for your daily routines. Rooms had a nice design. Despite being located in the crowded city center, it was possible to have a quiet room.

We have mixed feelings about breakfasts. On the one hand, they were tasty and carefully assembled (someone out there knows how to serve watermelon chunks without seeds!), but on the other hand we found two or three dishes that had odd flavours.

The room was comfortable and location great for access to tourist spots. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cab drivers say the location is not reachable/restricted, so they told us how to catch the bus. We met a wonderful Suzhou couple who drove us to the area but could not locate the building. It took a while and the help of several other friendly locals to find the place. The entrance of the hotel is not on the street in the Booking.com address. There must be a better way.

Great location. It is within walking distance to several of the historical tourist attractions in Suzhou, and a short Didi ride to the others. Excellent choices at breakfast. Very courteous English-speaking front desk staff who promptly answered our questions and handled our every request with a smile. This is a well-run hotel.

Convenient location and easy accessible to walking street and train station. The family room was really spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mr Howie and Ms Jessica. They assisted me in retrieving my lost item in Hangzhou by contacting the hotel and following up promptly with them with regards to the delivery process and payment. The bathroom floor is black in colour and quite dangerous during the night when lights were switched off.

The location is great, very close to all the major attractions and it is close to a metro station. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to accommodate the needs.

The room is too dark, and the interior decor and furniture need a facelift. The lift has either weak or no air conditioning, which made the air very stuffy during a hot summer day.

Great location; near metro line 4 station and very near Guan Qian Street (dining and shopping street). Room is clean and comfy. Efficient and helpful staff. Good service. Overall value for money.

This is a great choice for a stay in Suzhou - the location is excellent, moments from the metro and in a lively area with plenty of places to eat, and not too far from the main attractions. My room was big and comfortable, although it looked out only on the inner atrium of the hotel. Breakfast was good too.

The air conditioning was pretty noisy so I slept with it off, and the room was therefore quite warm when I woke up.

Everything was perfect. The location is really good, everything is close. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around. It is in walking distance to the Pingjiang street. The air conditioner works perfectly. The breakfast is wonderful, with great variety. The elevator's theme is really interesting.
