The breakfast was good but lacked as many options as their central hotel for Home Inn. It is a nice attempt at the price. The rooms were large & comfortable with great air con. They also had a good laundry room for free. Lovely view over Kunming from the room. I saw a really low review and it is just extremely unfair, This is a good hotel to stay in Kunming, and not so pricey. I have lived in Kunming for several years and this is a great option at 45 GBP a night with breakfast and good service. It is a solid 8.

Needs a gym as the other branches of the Home Inn have. Poor surrounding location but you can get a taxi or rise your e-bike to the centre in a few km. The manager was the only staff member to speak English but coped with most issues.

1- view of the back side of a dirty old building :( 2- no shopping malls around you, have to take a transportation 3- kind of expensive after adding large amount of taxes and service fees

Can’t control the room air conditioner. Takes very long to increase the temperature. Room is a bit cool.

Great location close to main attractions and walking distance to halal eateries. Rooms very very large, clean and hygienic. Breakfast has an adequate selection with good vegetarian options.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. While it was a smaller hotel than a full fledged Holiday Inn. The breakfast, staff and the place was exceptional.
