Clean, nice resort. Good breakfast buffet. Nice free tea ceremony in the lobby. Friendly staff. Dinner location is slightly without a nice atmosphere. Location is close to nature. Far from the centers, shops, restaurants etc. but easy to take a taxi. Hotel helps you arrange.

The building is half open and among gardens. You can also see the beautiful Xishan from the hotel. The hotel is clean and mostly staff are friendly and helpful. Swimmingpool is super clean and the staff there are really warm and work hard to keep the floor dry and the hot tub clean.

I was very disappointed with the staff on checkout. I checked out as I always do at hotels, by visiting the front desk. After they confirmed that everything was fine, I left. Before I had even landed at my destination airport, I had been added on my personal social media accounts by members of the team, and had several missed calls. After contacting the hotel, they demanded further payment from me (over 7000 RMB!), threatening to contact the police and enter 'legal procedures'. My bank have confirmed that the correct payment has been made, but even now (4 weeks later) I am being harassed daily by members of the Hua Luxe team demanding further payment.
