Uniquely modern, centrally located in Lijiang ancient town. Staff were incredibly helpful.

Central aircon did not allow us to adjust the temperature (only heating function available) which resulted in the room being warm and stuffy. That said, staff were prompt to address the issue, delivered an extra standing fan which made it a lot more bearable.

The hotel’s exterior and interior design are superb, showcasing a luxurious ambiance inspired by ancient Chinese aesthetics. The staff, particularly Lydia Huang and her team, are exceptionally helpful and provide outstanding service. It is truly a place worth staying.

Convenient location right outside Lijiang Ancient Town and beside very good eateries. Excellent service from all staff. We even received a complementary room upgrade. Keep up the good work Hotel Indigo Lijiang! :)

Nothing. It was incredible.

Everything was amazing!! Especially the breakfast and the staff! The rooms are comfortable and the manager of the hotel who treated us like family. Of course we will come back after receiving such a lovely care 🙏🙏thank you for everything ❤️

The place location is near to old town a good start to discover the city, the room comfy abd stylish love it ,the staff helpfull.

The food was not good at all, its arrived super cold, taste was bad and the tom yum soup was really bad and nasty. No sound proof you may hear some noisy guest around you.

Top class accommodation. Super comfy bed and bathroom, very good size. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Fabulous location in Lijiang old town.

A gym would have been nice

It has been a wonderful stay at Indigo Lijiang. The reception staff, Mr. Wang (Wang Wei) has been extremely helpful during my stay. I will definitely come back for his excellent customer service.

I encounter some issues with my room TV & phone. The front desk Manager Joanne was extremely helpful and everything were solved. Hotel staffs are all very polite and helpful which makes our stay very pleasant.

The hotel is located just where the old city starts so a great point to explore Lijiang by foot. Room is very spacious and comfortable. The amenities were great and the free water bottles were much appreciated.

The bathroom had a cigarette smell

Breakfast was good..

Seems like the pandemic has set back communication skills... Great service but quite limited english! Time to get things back on track if they want to grow foreign tourism.
