The hotel is absolutely amazing. I am travelling the world woth my son and this trip was the best we ever had. We ended up staying longer. The host is amazing. She keeps in touch by wechat and she answered all our requests. She made our stay so much easier! The room is really spacious with comfy beds. The view is outstanding. I miss my mornings, when I just stared out of the window on the ancient city rooftops. The location is great- very centrally located yet you just make 1 turn from the buzzlin street and it's absolutely quiet. We had best nights there. Also during the whole stay i never locked the room and we were out till late. This is how safe it is. Priceless. I am the host myself and usually approach the hotels with high demands, but this time there was nothing to complain about. I purely enjoyed everything.

I was really satisfied with my stay at this hotel! The owner is super kind and friendly – it truly felt like staying at home. Before checking in, it’s a good idea to contact the hotel via WeChat to get the exact location. If you’re looking for halal food or local attractions, just ask the owner – they’ll gladly share all the info you need! The room was super cozy – perfect for relaxing after a full day exploring. One of the best moments was when I felt dizzy after Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and the owner served me a cup of tea – it was so good that I immediately felt better! The hotel can also help book your Jade Dragon Snow Mountain tickets and arrange a driver to your location if needed. The hotel’s location is perfect, right behind Lijiang Old Town – it was amazing to take evening strolls there. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who plan to vacation in Lijiang. Truly, a great stay!

Everything about this hotel. Best hospitality provided by the staff - Snowy and another girl(sorry I forgot your name). They booked for us and arranged the best tours for the JDSM and Shagri-la at very last minute. The staff members speak good English and that really helps us a lot. The accommodation provides self-service free laundry as well. The room is clean, spacious and heating system works well. Location is very strategic in the ancient town. Please contact the staff upon your arrival so that she can arrange the porter for your luggages. Thank you so much for your kind assistance and this will be our stay in Lijiang whenever we are here again.

It's a two story compound with 4 rooms upstairs with view and bathroom in rooms, and 3 rooms downstairs with share kitchen. Nice view, quite very new, very good location 2 minutes walk to restaurants and walking street, 3 minutes walk to parkin lot.

If rain, the coner room upstair one of the windows leak need to be fix other than that are great place to stay.

We stayed not in the property as described as they communicated having heating issue to the room we were assigned to and moved ua to the owner's house in a quiter area. This was a plus. Very clean and comfortable for our 3-nigts stay. Big room in Japanese setup and bathroom.

Hearing was an issue as it was perpectually cold with floor heating and with wooden construction there were gaps between leaking cold air into the room. Other issue we were irritated by were the staff were communicative before check-in and once we settled in they stopped replying. We even went to the original inn to look for them for assistance but twice we went there nobody was manning the place.

Our stay in Lijiang was truly wonderful, thanks to this lovely hotel. The room was clean, spacious, cozy yet modern — a perfect blend of comfort and style. From the moment before we arrived, the owner’s kindness stood out. They reached out in advance to ask what time we’d be arriving and whether we needed a car from the train station, which made us feel so well taken care of even before check-in. We’d absolutely love to come back again. Thank you for making our time in Lijiang so special.

Room cleaness and the toilet is automatic toilet seat. The manager and staff were quite helpful, kind (we got extra drinking water every day of our stay), even the language was still a bit problem. This place is in the North side of the old town, which is more quiet than the South side. If you like a peaceful rest time in the night, this place may answer the question.

The hot water shower had to wait to let it be ready to use (the property has put a sign inthe shower box, but it is in Chinese, which would be better to do both English and Chinese)

The location. It was very near the ancient town where everything is. Only caveat is that if you have luggages, it’ll be a challenge to carry them through (but the staff can help contact a tricycle to help you deliver the luggages with extra cost.) The staff was the best! She helped us get to all the good restaurants, get us cars to and from airport, and even find us a massage place. The property was cozy and clean. No complaints!

It is located inside the old city, so travellers with heavy luggage do that note that it will be less accessible and inconvenient to pull your luggage, although they have a back door that is closer to a carpark where the didi driver can drop you off. The view from the property is very nice, and despite being in the old city, it is very quiet at night. I liked that their shower and toilet area is separated. The lady boss Xiao Xue is very friendly, providing us with recommendations around the old town and POIs. People who are allergic to cats, do take note that the property has an adorable white cat, but don't worry, it will not enter your room.

The property is generally clean, but they should work on their high area cleaning, as it can be quite dusty.

This is right inside the old town which is convenient. It is a lovely place with a great view of the sunset and the town (if you’re staying on L2). The sisters who run this place are extremely friendly and helpful. There is even a call-in massage service as well!

Just note that the shower and toilet are separate but it’s not a big issue.
