Breakfast was good - a mix of local and international spread. Not quite the full international spread, but nothing to complain either. Location is good - 3min to a metro station, about a 15min leisurely walk to the May 4th square, right across a street with seafood restaurants and shopping malls. Beds are comfy and staff are friendly. Saw a wide range of nationalities staying at the hotel too with happy faces and conversing with reception, so that itself is good sign I guess!

Parking lots are limited, but not an issue if not driving. No swimming pool- but this is an "express" hotel, so just letting folks know.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted me with resolving an issue with a bank ATM, calling the bank for me and arranging matters, and keeping me up to date. They also helped me on various other occasions to find shops, manage public transport etc. The beds are comfortable (not always a given in China). The location is excellent, right next to metro line 2 and close to a number of shops and restaurants. Sockets take EU plugs, and there were also USB ports for charging. The airco was welcome in the 30-degree weather. The hotel has a free laundry service which came in handy, with short wash and dry cycles so you can do a quick wash. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices both Western and Chinese.

The rooms are cleaned. I liked that there is complimentary self-service laundry facilities available. The location is close to main attractions are is only 3-4 mins away. Free coffee and tea bar at the concierge area. The hotel will send meals directly to your rooms using a small and cute robot. It’s a plus point for tourists who have a long day and wanted to rest in the hotel room.

the reception staff Harley was very very helpful not to mention the upgrade, the last day we were catching the early train,she managed to pack 2 large packs of breakfast for us to take out.

location, it close to every things, The Olympic icons, close to the Bushei seafood market where you can pick ,pay your seafood and take it to the restaurant close to the market to cook it for you. It’s a lot lot cheaper more than have and it’s very fresh.

The breakfast here has a nice variety, and everything tastes just fine. Could be a little warmer, but of course, there are some foods that you do not want to overcook. But I am happy that they serve a lot of eggs in different ways - boiled, sunny side up, fried - so I do not eat the same egg consecutively. For the rooms themselves, they are exactly what I expect for a Holiday Inn Express. Clean, with a very good staff who speak decent English and when I had a specific need, brainstormed and worked out a solution, which is better than what other places I've stayed in have done. Again, this location is a one or two minute walk from the Fushansuo Rail Entrance, which provides access to Qingdao's very efficient rail station. But if you enjoy a nice walk, it is ideally located near many tourist attractions.

Honestly, there was nothing that I did not like. I ate what I wanted, and it was filling. But if I had to make one other suggestion, perhaps adding something like pancakes would be nice. Overall, it was nutritious enough for me.

Quite property. Exceptionally well placed. Close to a lot of shopping opportunities and restaurants. Also very close to sightseeing - brilliant look on Qingdao light show not too far away (15 minutes). Subway close to reach everything else of interest.

Тhe staff were really very kind and especially Miss Hailey, whom I thank for her good treatment, responsiveness and hospitality. The location was excellent, very close to the Fushansuo metro station. As from this metro station you have access to the most interesting sights. The breakfast was at a very good level - not only local, but also European.

The location is incredible! Only 3 minutes from the subway station and in walking distance to May 4th Square. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was also delicious. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

The odor in the room, where some travelers were smoking in the non-smoking room. However, the staff was very helpful to change a room for us and refreshed it quickly.
