I loved the view from my bedroom. It was facing the Olympic sailing center ( dock). The lights in the evening were a sight to behold. The hotel manager was extremely helpful, I had an unfortunate incident of being out and it started snowing. While ordering my taxi, the phone battery was dying out and I called to hotel, he assisted me. The staff is also very warm and welcoming

The cabinet under the sink in my room looked broken, I could see dust build up and the damage was at eye level whenever I took a bath. This took away from the “ luxury” experience the hotel promotes. The bathroom mirrors and glass doors were also very dusty( it looks like months worth of stains). Besides this , I loved my stay

Great location, lovely entrance and easy to get a taxi, 30 minutes at non-peak time to get to Qingdao station. Really early in the morning - it took only 16 minutes! Helpful staff, reception and waiters,- spoke English - lucky me! Spacious room with comfortable, big bed, good bathroom, room service menu mixture of Chinese and Western. I had a bit of both - tasty. A very pleasant stay.

Expect location close to the sailing club and lighthouse. And mall with nice restaurants near by. That locals frequent.

Breakfast was mostly catering towards local tourists. It’s understandable. But a greater effort towards international guests could still have been taken.

Was a lovely stay in general. Great location. Fantastic view! Spacious room. Friendly service. Facilities are a bit dated, although still functioning. The breakfast was rich in variety but slightly disappointing in quality.

Right in the olympic marina. Big suit, with a bathtub, separate wardrob room. Comfortable bed, large size working corner, and nice sofa.

Not enough light in the room. The temperature in the room was very high every time I arrived. It takes very long time for hot water to arrive to shower.

I thought the location was super. The breakfast was good too as were the staff.

The room I was in was very tired. Lots of scuff marks and lots or corrosion on things in the bathroom. For the level of hotel one would expect a fresher room in terms of age and worn feel
