Everything was perfect, particularly the staff who were incredibly friendly and kind to me. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, indulging in many traditional Chinese dishes. Moreover, the location was ideal, with numerous street food stalls and shops nearby, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a fascinating experience.

The location is very convenient, not far from the Hongqiao international airport and gaotie station; there are automatic curtains and wireless charge in the rooms. Breakfast is included, there are options for European and Asian guests.

The view from the window was facing the wall, plus the windows were very dirty. It's a little weird since the hotel itself is quite clean and pleasant. One pair of slippers was a children's size, though we registered as 3 adults 😅

There is a massage parlour in the hotel which is convenient for relaxation.

The breakfast is good but could have more western varieties. There is no internation TV channel, only local TV channels.

The room size was adequate.It has modern amenities including a wireless charging pod. Breakfast was nice.

The location wasn't that great. No good restaurants nearby especially halal once.there is papa John's and pizza hut nearby.

Staff don't speak a word of English . Wifi dropped out a lot of times.
