Breakfast is reasonably priced, but it would be better if some more western food was added. The room design is very good, especially living area and bedroom separately, also have two toilets, we really liked. The location is awesome, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of food at reasonable prices. It's also close to the subway and bus stations. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

For superior suite, the curtains are not automatic, and the storage room is a bit small.

Central position in Shanghai. The hotel is very close to subway main lines . We spent 4 nights there. Comfortable room, with large sized bed. Bathroom with tub and curtain as a shower, but practical and clean. Breakfast was tasty and varied (both Asian and western style. Personnel and concierge were competent and available. Overall, I found that the service vs price offered is of value vs other hotels in Shanghai, if you are not looking for luxury.

The hotel is not brand new, but it is in good shape. I would prefer some refurbishing of the breakfast area. But this is a minor note.

Convenient location. The hotel is close to subway station. A few bus routes stop steps away. The room is clean and has a closet, safety deposit box, umbrella, iron and ironing board. The hotel also offers different types of pillows to suit individual preference. Breakfast includes both Western and Chinese styles. Staff are well trained and professional. The gym has adequate fitness facilities.

Wifi can sometimes be slow or weak.

The staff are professional, helpful and effective, more so than some international chain hotels I stayed. Though it is an older hotel, it is kept clean and in good condition. The location is superb, right next to Xujiahui subway station and shopping malls with plenty of eateries.

There was a scheduled 2-hour electricity outage for maintenance on one day, the lifts were out of service for the first 15 minutes causing some inconvenience for the hotel guests.

Nice sized rooms right above the subway station almost, the subway itself it a walk underneath but it's most subway stations in China! Very clean, friendly staff And overall good experience. Location is not in the centre but 30 mins by subway to the bund area

Use Didi from the airport to keep things easy and simple! The taxi guys misunderstood the address at first for us.

The hotel is well facilitated, there are even options for different types of pillows. The hotel is at the convenient location, the subway station and bus stops are very close by. The hotel staff are well trained and professional. Lots of options for breakfast. Great value for money.

Downstair restaurant: not easy to get gluten feee dishes. I suppose 4 star hotel cookers should have such knowledge. Wait a lunch dish took almost 40 minutes, citing lack of cookers after 13:00.

Close to metro entrance but quite a long walk in the station to get to the platform. Close to malls and restaurants. Staff was professional. Consistent water temperature.

No room make up or towel change if the make up room light was not turned on. No shower hose.

Great location, the metro station entrance is just next to the hotel. Convenience store is located behind the hotel and operate 24 hours or open till late hours. Bed is very comfortable. Room is spacious. Shower water is strong. Hotel also allowed me to delay my check out time for 1 hour which is very useful.

Wi-fi internet connection in the room was weak, could not connect. Breakfast options could be better for international travelers.
