Price to Value ratio was extremely good. Clean bathroom with comfortable bathtub and seperate shower. The bed was large and i was able to sleep well. There is a calm fridge that doesn't make any noise. Extraordinary breakfast buffet, i highly recommend it!

Air Conditioner was noisy so i had to turn it off to sleep. It was still fine because the building is isolated quite well. Some staff members couldn't speak very little english but thats just normal in china i guess. You will need 20-30 minutes to get to the Bund by metro which was fine for me - i guess thats part of the reason why the price is so cheap compared to other hotels in Shanghai.

Our stay was comfortable and the staff was really friendly and spoke good English. For one night, the wifi was down and we told them. Next day, they offered us free breakfast to apologize for the inconvenience, which was a thoughtful gesture.

The pillows were a little hard for our liking. We also stayed for 9 nights and the cleaner sometimes don’t dust off properly the room so we had to notify the reception

It was in a very good location with shops cafes and next to the metro stop. Great and friendly service from the team. It was really great the breakfast restaurant with many options and great quality. Frank at the reception really helped us with the check in and the late check out. The spa area was amazing with much space, clean and even a swimsuit drying machine. Very satisfied with the experience and I would definitely consider repeating my stay when I’m back in Shanghai!

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The restroom is functional with good cool & warm water system. The hotel is located in the quiet area but not too far from city center. The curtain is so good that I could wake up around noon without any light disturbance. Soundproof is also excellent. I could take good rest every night during my stay. The breakfast is good, tasteful and full of variety of choice. However, the most important thing that I am very impressed is about the hospitality of all staffs of the hotel. They kindly and promptly response to my request with their highest effort via the inbox of booking.com app and also in person when I and my family arrived the the hotel. They had made us feel that we can trust them and rely on their professional. If I have a chance to visit Shanghai in the future, I will absolutely consider staying at this hotel again.

Facility was very good and clean.

I think if you travel on a budget you should probably not book here. They hold nearly double the cost of the hotel room as a deposit and it took nearly 5 days after I left for the balance to be released.

Our room had a very unpleasant smell, we complained and their answered in the most professional way, changing the room and explaining it comes from the old ventilation system.

Staff advised our taxi driver to the wrong terminal causing some stress so please check and check what is communicated if you don't speak Mandarin. Otherwise, pleasant stay at the hotel.
