Everything was perfect the manager on duty Miranda (not sure about the spelling) and her staff were amazing people, helpful and friendly every day. My family and I thoroughly enjoy our stays at the Shenzhen Donghua, an IHG Hotel in China. The hotel provides a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that suits our preferences. They canceled the English tea and buffet dinner one night without informing us.

The breakfast was great and a good selection of all both Asian and Western foods. The fruit had a great variety and there were no queues to get a table.

The coffee dispenser only gave a very small cup and the setting was on American but all in all nothing else

i had booked for 3 guests and chosen option for breakfast included.. but breakfast was included only for 2 guests and not 3 which i was not aware and not expecting. i had to pay for additional breakfast at hotel.

Location is perfect. Proximity to eatery places. Friendly and helpful staff. One of the best beds I ever slept on.

LED TV is old and small. Lighting a little insufficient. Furniture is a tad old. Medicore sound proof.

More livelier atmosphere in the lobby with sitting arrangement and more restaurants are required , it's very dull, atleast coffee shop should be 24/7 and vegetarian food options .

Great location - parks, shops, and restaurants all close by. Metro access very useful. Pool and spa great, but closed for a few days over Chinese New Year as expected. Room service and cleaning all excellent.

Rooms are good and the front of house staff excellent. Location was central to our needs and the metro next door.

Breakfast not the best for western taste but I enjoyed the variety.

Great buffet breakfast, staff are very attentive to your needs and ensure you are well looked after. Also assist you with finding a table during busy periods.
