The rooms are spacious and very clean. I particularly appreciated the design—it is simple yet stunning. We stayed in a room with a view of Haicang Harbor, which was quite beautiful. The staff members are proficient in English, and the hotel offers complimentary parking.

However, the location is not very convenient. If you want to visit all the famous attractions in Xiamen, it may take some time to reach them from this hotel. The airport is located nearby. While we could hear the planes, the noise level was manageable. Although there are no coffee shops nearby the hotel, you can find some fresh fruit at the store next to the hotel.

Our upgrade room was at the end of the hallway and so we had two sides with good water views making it a very impressive room. The bed was very generously sized and the round bath tub was huge. The breakfast was good as it seemed that they had a very skilled pastry chef that made very authentic baguettes, croissants and pastries.

As with a lot of buildings in China, the indoor temperature in the lobby and gym floor was not particularly cool as the airconditioning was not set to be cold. The hotel driveway was a shambles with private cars parking anywhere which made getting into and alighting from taxis dangerous and which also limited through traffic.

We got an upgrade to a seaview room which was really lovely. The room was big, hygienic, modern and the bed was really comfortable. There was a hottub and good shower present. The breakfast was very good and the biggest spread i've ever seen in a hotel (both asian and western). We also made use of the pool, which was big and warm enough.

Take into account you need a swimming cap to use the swimming pool. You can buy one at the hotel for about 60 RMB.

Breakfast was amazing! So many choices and types of food including fruit, yogurt and things aimed to please everyone's tastes and appetite.

We had trouble getting room temperature comfortable. The wall unit didn't seem to work, had to get someone to replace the AC filter to get temp adjusted. Also, wish there had been a sauna.

I booked this three-night, four-day trip to Xiamen for my parents, and they were quite pleased with the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with alot of options. Cathy, the receptionist, helped with the checkin and some minor issues they had during the stay. Overall, they were extremely satisfied with their experience!

The bathroom is big and it has a big round bathtub. The rain shower is good too. The hotel room view is nice as it faces the sea. The buffet breakfast is great. Will stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is two bus stop away from the subway station, so we need to take a bus to the subway station. However, the buses come frequently so we did not wait long for the bus.

All good except the WiFi not connecting even in the lobby or so used from the provider only

Wi-Fi is very important for business customers For international customers WhatsApp and data communication important What I understand most of Chinese using there own facilities so they may not be facing this issues. It is showing full signal but not working

The room facilities feel somewhat dated and poorly maintained. While the hotel is marketed as offering impressive views, I found nothing particularly notable. The scenery felt rather underwhelming and unremarkable.

We were very pleased to stay there. Thanks to the helpful manager and staff. Very beautiful view and nice rooms. My kids were surprised by receiving gifts from the robot that brought them to their room.

It would be better if all staff could speak English.
