I always check all hotels in city which I wanna go. Choose 5 stars, check some details, reviews and other links. So this time I decide to choose Double tree by Hilton in Xiamen. And it was so good choice. Hotel is so clean, and big, so green territory and have space for a walk. View from your window will be amazing, clean windows. About personal. May be all personals they didn’t know English very well, but they still trying to help you. Always. They take translator and try to help you until the problem or your question is resolved. They such a nice people. About room the same. Super clean, super nice. Really big room. I want stay in hotel and room all day that’s how it’s was comfortable. About breakfast same. Don’t forget that we are in China and food here is Asian. But they still have some European spots. Will be grateful if you put a bit more greens for salads, like tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, olives, avocado and etc. And really wanna cheese and some different European bread not only baguettes. But it’s the little things, which help to be best of the best. But actually this hotel already like this. Thank u so much for everything. Already wanna back soon. <3 💔

Dislocation near seaside. Breakfast was high quality.

Someone parts in my room 1201 was broken. On the street all night noise of air conditions outer units

Very nice and comfortable room with good view of the city. Location is near to places of attraction

Aircond is not cold enough but still acceptable. Just have preference for cooler temperature.

Everything was good. Staff were very helpful especially Ivy Tian.

The hotel location is wrong on the hilton website and booking.com so I ended up in the wrong place and was standed. Hilton got to update their location.

Bayview was nice Fitness was ok, only not any window to have a view. Breakfast was ok with also some international food.

Although it says smoking free rooms it was hard to get a room that was not smelling terrible to cigarettes. Also carpet doesn’t look very clean anymore. It gives an older/used look. Windows were also not isolating very well which means you hear a lot of outside noise and the planes are flying over constantly. Last, also the cleaning can better. We found in the closet of the bathroom garbage of someone else.

Facilities, cleannesses

The doorman don’t help to unload the luggage when enter the hotel, and delivered to my room. I need to manage to handle the luggage trolley to my room. This is awful and not expected in a hotel under that brand of Hilton.

Nice view, clean and big apartment. Friendly staff. Good price.

I already booked the apartment for 4 people including breakfast. The staff was surprised that it was possible (breakfast for all of us)and constantly needed to check that it was like that. The same issue was with the late check out (subject of availability till 4PM). Of course, the next problem was with the executive lounge - it was included in the apartment price yet it was closed. Some back-up solution was a very limited space with some sofas, offering an amount of 5 non-alcoholic drinks, coffee and very few snacks. In comparison with the IHG service, I must admit that I was quite disappointed as it was totally incomparable......... Breakfast was basic and match 3*.
