The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite. The restaurant was great; I thoroughly enjoyed the Chinese and American cuisine, and I was delighted to find a Chinese Jellyfish Salad on the menu, I like it very much!
Some restaurant menu items are located in the cafe on third floor. Unfortunately, you can’t order these items while you’re dining at the restaurant.

The room is a standard for a Marriott Hotel, beautiful, spacious and will all amenities
I was requested a deposit of 1,000 yuan without any explanation on the rules for it to be applied: the staff did not speak English properly at check in and was not able to explain anything, they only insistently asked me to sign to leave the deposit. I've travelled in high end hotels and this was a first for me. Also, the location is very far away from the city centre and attractions: we only chose this hotel for its proximity to Xi'An North Railway station (15 mins by car)

The staff was very friendly and helpful when we wanted to book a taxi to move around. The room was clean and very comfortable, the breakfast is very good at an excellent price, its totally worth it. I thins this hotel is a very good option very good vale for money. We requested 2 beds since we were 3 persons and the size of the room was ok.
The downside is the location, to move around we use taxi and its a little far away from the attractions of the city.

We checked in very late and the staff members was very nice and provided a quick check-in process which we highly appreciated. The common areas are really nice.
There wasn’t a full body mirror in the room and the shower was leaking so I had to be careful when having a shower.
