The lady staff is very helpful with picking us from the airport to this hotel.I would thank her for her wonderful service and able to communicate in English well. Free hotel transfer from airport. Could arrange transport service from hotel to Xian city with a fee. Drinking water is provided outside the room in common walkway. Walk about 5 to 8 min to find restaurant for breakfast.

No hot water or kettle to make own coffee. No hot water in the morning for hot shower. Mattress is too hard to sleep. It is not walking distance from airport to hotel but it is near if driving for few km. No coffee or tea provided. Need to carry luggage using staircase and no lift facility.

Kaka was very helpful and friendly. She picked me up from the airport and showed me the local area. The room was OK, with a small TV, and I slept fairly well. The price was great.

The room was a bit pungent with the smell of cigarette smoke, and the mattress was solid. Other guests were noisy in the early hours, which woke me up. That's not the fault of the hotel owners, though.

The place is in a small "village" with many other small "airport hotel" establishments. There are shops and vendors that open till late so easy to find food.

Its a 10min ride from the airport but a they will give you a free ride to the hotel place
