I had a great stay at the Marriott. The room was very spacious and well-maintained, with excellent cleaning services. The staff noticed that I had drunk a lot of tea, so they started providing extra water and even brought me some special varieties of tea, which was a nice touch. The hotel offers complimentary self-service laundry, which is very convenient. The location is also a plus, being relatively close to the metro and the northern train station. It’s about a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. Additionally, we were allowed to check in early, which made our stay even more comfortable.

The only drawback was the lack of communication through Booking.com. I reached out to the hotel a few times via the platform, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any responses.

Convenient location close to the North station with the metro, and a lovely mellow neighborhood, nearby. The staff spoke English and were really helpful. I had originally booked another place that was only slightly cheaper, especially when factoring in a taxi to the train station to catch an early train, but it was awful so I moved. My room at the Marriott was a huge relief! Big and very comfortable, it was a pleasure to return to at the end of hot days outside.

The road and the air conditioner were noisy at night. Some body lotion would be a good addition to the toiletries.

We needed and appreciated that there was a free laundry on site, as well as a breakfast buffet included. The room was clean and the staff made sure our beds were neat and the room was refreshed. The front desk helped get us a cab when we wanted to go to see the Terra Cotta Army.

It's not really that close to the Xi'an Train Station walking wise, but it's a cab ride away.

Very nice hotel. Everything was very good with great facilities, including free self-service laundry. Helpful staff.

Out of the way and not easy to find if arriving by subway. Far more than the stated 1000ft from subway station - at least a 1000 yards! Made to pay more than Booking. com's "Total Price" - something I will follow up.

The staff is very helpful. I would like to thank MaoZeyuan, who was very attentive, kind and generous. She made the whole difference in our stay, having helped us order (Western) food, delivered in our room. She is very professional and accommodating, making our stay easier and more enjoyable.

It is very far from the city centre, but it only a 10-min walk to the subway.

Aircond not cold enough, no lotion provided Xi'an weather is too dry should provide body butter or lotion in the hotel room. My hotel room fridge is not functioning, not cold enough until my fruits became mouldy.

The staff is very accomodating and nice! We got double bed room with sofa because we are with 3 people. We only got 2 sleeping set so we asked for an extra set, they brought it to our room. Even willing to go several times to get some forgotten stuff. Thank you!

WE HAD TO USE THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT IS NEER THE TRAIN STATION , SO IF YOU ARE CACHING UP AN EARLY TRAIN THIS IS THE PERFECT HOTEL , 10 MINUTES FROM THE NORTH TRAIN STATION, IT IS COMFORTABLE , HIGH FLOR , NICE WINDOW VIEW

Big room. Relatively near to railway station.

Staff speaks very basic english (some of them not at all). Air condition didn't function, but they informed us only as we complained. We got then another room.

We loved the room! It was spacious and very well kept and maintained.

I wasn’t a fan of the selection of food at the buffet (as a tourist from Australia). Everything was a bit far as well ( the main city etc).
