Excellent staff at check in. Functional English spoken and no issues with checking in. Very comfortable bed and clean bathroom.

Not a problem if you are expecting it, but do note this hotel is very near to the Henan Shooting Sports training centre, including the outdoor skeet and trap range and the noise during the day that you'd expect from this.

Both the breakfast and the location of the hotel I found to be to my liking and something that I didn't take lightly. I would happily stay there again

From my memory there wasn't anything that I particularly disliked about my stay there; like I said previously it ticked all the boxes and provided me with a good room

When I arrived at this hotel around 10:00 p.m., I was asked several personal questions. The front desk asked me a lot of personal questions, which made me uncomfortable. They responded that they were merely carrying out their duties when I expressed my displeasure at their continual questioning of me. I have never experienced this at any other hotels in China that I have previously stayed in. After a lengthy taxi ride, I hurried to the bathroom in my hotel room and noticed pee from prior guests who had stayed in the same room on the toilet seat. When I went to take a brief shower, I was surprised to notice that there was a lot of hair on the floor and the shower head. My intention to simply unwind for the evening during my stay ran into trouble as well. Guests in the corridor were shouting and laughing nonstop throughout the entire night and early morning.It was hard to spend a pleasant night because contractors began working outside at around 7 am the following morning. The breakfast was fantastic, and the waiter persisted on delivering me a wonderful warm cup of coffee, which is literally the only positive thing I can say about this hotel.
