A safe location, close to to the Galeria mall. Clean, safe, wi-fi OK, staff OK, 4 floors. Reasonably comfortable rooms for one person with private bathroom, some are quite small, though.

Can be a bit noisy, depending on who is your neighbor. Cards not accepted. I broke the room key in the morning, and agreed to pay for it. When I came back in the afternoon, the key was not ready yet. I was told the female administrator had said I must pay first, and then they'll make the key. The key cost's less than one dollar. Annoying, ridiculous, and unnecessary.

Hot water had difficulty coming to the top floors.

Rooms are very bad isolated, so you can basicaly here when somebody is drinking a water 3 rooms apart from you. My room was very small, very, very small, without a window, so I didn't like it.

The location was great, it was really close to the Movistar Arena

There was no water and it was understandable since it was a local regulation, however, we were in a 3rd floor with no way to contact reception, they didn't give us towels so we had to go downstairs for them, or anything else we required like water, towels, wifi connection.

Great location, plenty of markets and restaurants around

Water at the last floor seems to be very few and hot water wasn't available the first day, the bathroom wasn't at the very best functionality, it was blocked when I got there
