Great modern and super clean hotel, nice big rooms , comfy big bed, great deal, friendly staff, bar and breakfast available. Our junior suite was $53 usd for 2 nights and had a kitchenette, microwave, fridge, sofa, small table, chairs and desk. The shower has an amazing flow of hot water perfect to warm you up in the freezing cold room

There is no heating so in December it was freezing in the room . The location is a bit dodgy, I didn't feel safe walking around the first evening so we took Ubers from and to the hotel the following day and all was fine.

The room I got changed to was superb. At the back of the hotel, and had everything I needed. Good location to walk around and lots nearby. The staff were extremely helpful.

First room I had for a few hours was on the street front, and it would have been impossible to stay there with the noise. I asked to be moved, and what a difference. Note that the ceilings in this establishment are very low. I am 186cm tall, and miss the beams by about 3 cm.

I arrived here at 1am and despite some initial language issues checking in (my Spanish is beginner level), we worked through it and I got into my room. The bed is comfortable and it was clean. Breakfast was good, choice of tea, coffee, hot chocolate - eggs cooked various ways (I had scrambled with ham and cheese) - fruit - fresh orange juice - arepa or bread. Would recommend for anyone arriving late in Bogota, cannot speak to whether it's in a good location for restaurants etc as I only stayed one day.

Hot water in the shower takes a little while to actually get hot but it exists! Just be patient. There is a smoke alarm right above the bed that blinks its green light intermittently

the drain in the shower is very bad.. it comes more water then it can absorb

- 5 star hospitality from the staff. They even showed us the different rooms for us to choose. - Flexibility with the breakfast. It's limited options, but they did their best to accommodate our dietary restriction and timing. - Except the small one, all rooms are spacious. We even had the microwave and utensils. - Location is in between the north and south. - Hot water in the shower.

The breakfast is really poor. It's not a buffet and you get half a glass of orange juice (why not a full?), two toasts, one scrambled egg and a few fruits. When we asked for another egg (because it's few) we were brought another one. However, at check-out we had to pay for this. Nobody told us this when we ordered it. If you only serve a breakfast that small you should at least be able to order more! We complained that nobody told us about the price, yet we still had to pay it. This put a damper on our experience.

The hotel was very clean, room looks according to the picture, bed was comfortable, shower with hot water, new well flushing toilet. Included breakfast was nice and freshly made (unlike other hotels). Staff was very helpful, always smiling. The door guy was extremely nice.

Would love to see them use the coffee machine for espresso. I guess they get a lot of US citizens, therefore they serve americano coffee, which as a european i find disgusting.

I'm not sure about the other rooms, but the ones facing the main road are very loud. There is an intersection right at the corner and a lot of traffic from 4:30 am onward. If you pack a small plug in desk fan it might drown out the noise a bit.

The staff was welcoming and overall awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. THE AREPAS!! Breakfast was excellent.

not really a complaint but due to the traffic in bogota it does take a while to get from the hotel to where the action is at the city center. It’s actually not that far but traffic is pretty terrible. plan accordingly.

Hotel staff was very nice, room clean and with a small kitchenette. Temperature in the room was perfect for sleeping bed was comfortable. Areas of the hotel are under video surveillance. The hotel accommodated an early checkin and earlier breakfast which was very good for our early flight.

We liked everything.
