The hotel is in a neighboorhoud called Chapinero which was safer for me and didn’t have any problems stayin in that area. It is an hour walk away (which is totally fine for me) to the downtown or you can call a cab which will not cost you a lot. The same with the airport, it takes less than 30 mins from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is very secure and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful even though sometimes we had a problem with communicating in English, they tried their best to help me in any way. Especially Julian made great impact on my arrival day, i would like to thank him again for all his effort to make everything nice and easy for me. The breakfast was pretty good and the hour is quite long for the early birds. Even though the room was a bit small, i didn’t have a problem staying there for a bit long trip and it was so clean, the pillows and the bed, they were very comfortable. If i ever visit Bogotá again, I’ll definitely stay in the same hotel. And my room number was 1022 which has a nice view of the mountain range.

There is nothing i didn’t like about the hotel. May be they can put some extra toiletries in the rooms, that’s it.

Hotel was in a great área. Everything You could want or need (colombian or american product/food) was a five minute walk or less. Área is very safe and calm/quiet at night Even though it is next door to a hospital. Staff was amazing and very helpful. There was an awesome dance bar with a beautiful roof top bar (Sonora Social Club) less than a block away. Perfect location to be able to have low costs ubers or taxi to basically all major attractions of Bogotá but far enough away that you avoid the traffic, noise and crazy streets of those locations.

Honestly, i don't know that i have any complaints. I guess the room was s little small for My taste but i also was traveling with two other people (and a cat) however with just one or two people, there is no way You can find better for the low price they charge per night. Also, perhaps snack store was a bit expensive and the breakfast could have had more options but i could also Say the same about hiltons and marriots in the city that charge 4x's more for rooms than this property lol

A great stay with excellent service! The hotel is about a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport and has a good 24-hour reception. The ground floor has a clean, open environment where breakfast is served, along with a couple of vending machines. I would have appreciated a water dispenser. My room was very cozy, with great blackout blinds for a good night's sleep. The bathroom featured an excellent shower, though I wish there had been a way to let in fresh air, as the room could get a bit stuffy. The reception staff were outstanding and recommended a fantastic local restaurant. The cleaning staff did a great job servicing the room. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, including eggs cooked to order. While the hotel isn’t very close to the main attractions, it’s within walking distance or a short, inexpensive taxi ride away. I’d definitely stay here again—no question!

Excellent location and facilities. You can walk to many places. It’s close to top universities in Colombia and located in an area that blends bars, restaurants, and residential buildings. It’s about 20 minutes by taxi from the historic downtown. The block where it’s located is safe, but it can feel lonely at night as it is close to office buildings. The room is quite small but convenient if you’re on a business trip. However, if you plan to spend long periods in your room, this might not be the right hotel for you.

- VERY POOR SOUND ISOLATION - the walls felt like they were out of paper, and one could hear all noises from outside and inside the hotel --> not recommended for light sleepers - one morning the room service staff started cleaning the room next door at 7 am very loudly (and was even playing music while cleaning), so I had to go out and ask her to be more quiet at this early time in the morning - receptionists were rather slow and inefficient for most tasks, and some processes didn't really work well (e.g. extension of the stay), causing unnecessary waiting times and extra effort - quite SMALL ROOM SIZE - with one piece of luggage the room was practically full --> not recommended for two people sharing the room

AMAZING hotel! Super cheap, the staff is always very helpful, the room is cleaned every day, and the wifi works perfectly. The rooms are very functional with many plugs all around the room, many shelves and room to leave your stuff, and a perfectly thick and black curtain to put down during the night so that no light comes in. The area around is a bit dodgy at night, but in general it's ok and there is a hospital next to the hotel. Always get an uber at night, it's super cheap!

Very good price. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel itself is not very exciting, but close to the center and points of interest.

Communication with staff is a bit difficult. No one speaks anything else than Spanish, not even a little English. Not a very big issue for me, translating everything with my smartphone worked well, but perhaps good to know if you don't have that option.

I like how kind and friendly the staff is. If I want to bring a friend over, there is no issues about that. The breakfast is good and huge variety.

The room is very small and not ventilated. On weekends, the neighborhood tends to be kind of noisy at nite until 1 or 2 am.

The location is great, the service of the waitress and the lobby agents it’s five start level. A very safe place to be with not worries. Easy to walk and near of everything. I definitely will come back to this property.
