The interior of the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are quite nice. However, most rooms oven into an interior closed courtyard. The rooms had no AC and we were only able to get one fan across two rooms. We were there in May and the rooms got extremely hot at night. The hotel should install ceiling fans and lights (the rooms were quite dimly lit). Hotel bathrooms were lovely. We really liked the staff, especially the bar tender (the hotel bar is a lot of fun), but I gave a low rating as the hotel forgot to book a taxi for us the last morning when we were leaving quite early to get to the airport. The desk manager was not helpful in finding a solution and we ended up booking an Uber which worked fine (in general you can use taxis or ubers, both are great). Overall we didn't like the food in the hotel (although never had the breakfast) but there are lots of great restaurants within walking distance. I would stay at this hotel again.

Rooms were too hot with no ventilation. Food at lunch and dinner in the hotel is not great, but loads of great resutants nearby.

Breakfast is very good. The waiters are very sweet, professional, and nice. But the organization of the waiters is very choppy. The drinks would take a long time and then arrive without spoon or sugar. There was only a check in as needs or the meal at the "end" of the time there. They should be checking in more often. Also, the particular person attending your table would disappear for 5 or more mins at a time. Not sure if they are also working an preparing food in the back.

More staff in the breakfast room. And more comprehensive attention. They are very nice but very scattered.

The hotel is located in the nice barrio Chapinero, and is close to good restaurants and stores. The decoration of the hotel is wonderful, with plants everywhere, internal gardens, calm ambiance. The breakfast was also very good, with food demanded a la carte. And they had drinking fountains everywhere, which was very handy.

The room didn't have air conditioning, just a fan. I understand Bogotá is a city with mild weather even in the summer, but my room (which was a junior suite) didn't have a window and it felt very warm during the night, despite the fan on. That was the only problem of the hotel in my opinion.

The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with great amenities like quality bath products and an excellent shower. I also appreciated the easy access to the small but resourceful gym. The staff were consistently polite and professional. Breakfast was also great.

1. The WiFi never worked in my room (located on the lowest level of the hotel). The hotel offers a “VIP WiFi” service for $6 per day, which seems unnecessary and even exploitative considering the class of the hotel. It would make more sense to include this cost in the overall hotel fees and provide a proper connection for all guests. 2. While quiet hours were generally respected, noise from the corridors was still an issue due to poor sound insulation and inconsiderate guests speaking loudly.

Our stay in the HAB hotel was superb. The room was very big, excellent cleanliness and good fascilities like drink water points. Particularly Heidy, Gabriella and Salvador made our stay perfect! They each helped us with breakfast choices, cocktails and picking restaurants closeby. The cleaning ladies were very nice as well and we did not feel like we had to worry about our stuff at all. We are picky with hotels and HAB was all up to our standards. The location is in a quiet, fancy street and within safe walking distance of all the good restaurants we wanted to visit. The hotel booked an airport transfer with Carlos, if you want a reliable and safe driver during your entire stay, make sure to ask for him.

The HAB Hotel is excellent and comparable to top European hotels. It is very clean and comfortable, with a welcoming ambiance. The included breakfast is made-to-order from a menu, ensuring everything is fresh and delicious. The interior has a unique character, adding to the overall charm. Each floor features a water fountain where you can conveniently refill your bottle, a thoughtful touch for guests.

The gym is good, but if you're looking for benches or heavy free weights equipment, you might find the options limited. The rooms do not come with an iron or ironing board, but these can be requested from reception. Additionally, some rooms require taking the stairs, as there is no lift access to those areas.

Loved our stay here! It’s a very nicely decorated hotel at a stunning location. While our room was small, it was well appointed. Small touches made all the difference such as USB charging ports, drinking water stations on every floor, great toiletries, spacious shower, blackout blinds and extremely comfortable beds! The breakfast every morning was incredible with a several Colombian options which was great to try and fresh smoothies and great coffee too. The small but equipped gym came in very handy to beat the jet lag. There are tonnes of great restaurants and bars walking distance from the hotel - we tried the amazing Humo Negro!

Bedroom was slightly small, not enough space to open up a large suitcase.

Over the past 6 weeks my wife and I had 5 separate stays in this hotel, conveniently located for us in the Chapinero Alta area. We are on our first visit to Bogotá where our daughter lives and we managed to combine spending time with her and visiting many different areas of beautiful Colombia. The HAB hotel provided us with a home away from home. We had the same nice room. Reception (Julio, Lina) and restaurant staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Giovanni who happily carried our heavy suitcases several times into and out of storage when we went on our short side trips. And the barrista makes the best margaritas. Near the hotel there are many café’s and restaurants and easy access to Carrera 7 to pick up inexpensive taxi’s for visits to other parts of this great city. We enjoyed our 5 stays in the HAB hotel.

The menu in the restaurant is short and frequent out of stocks of menu items. The lighting in the corridors is so weak that we had to use flashlights to get to our room.

It’s centrally located. The hotel is so cute! The room and bathroom are spacious with modern minimalist decor. There are areas with serene gardens, several hanging tropical plants, with the sound of running stream from the fountain. There’s a lovely terrace with lounge chairs a sunroom next to it; all the area has inspiring plants that calls for a moment of gratitude. The cafe area has an indoor and a little cute outdoor area. A wonderful TREAT is the triple filtered drinking water fountains available to all the guests.

The free wifi connection to guests is not good in the room - they offer another wifi connection for an additional fee. The color of the hallway walls seemed too dark and gloomy.

Loved this location. First time, not the last. Quaint hotel. Great vibe, Great food and a great restaurant. The room was top floor. Small but not cramped. King size bed. Great sheets and pillow cases. Use the fan provided, it gets a bit warm. Overall I really enjoyed this location. This will be my hotel of choice when in Bogota.

I understand reservations, however, the reservation was at 11:00 am and the group was on the patio, leaving other tables open, however, we were told that all the tables had reservations. I do not want you to change rules, however, as a hotel guest, I rely on the restaurant for my breakfast. We had to walk to another one.
