The hotel is new, the staff in general are very nice and helpful, specially Linda was attentive. Loved the variety they had for breakfast, surely not a simple one. They're still under construction so the spa and gym weren't ready. The room was spacious, comfortable, zero noise from the street. BIG TV!! the lighting of the room was comfortable to the eye, not too dark and not too bright either. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a gastronomic adventure. It's close to blocks of restaurants! I would stay again. I traveled with my husband and toddler.

Nothing to say honestly. Only recommendation, the hair dryer could be replaced for one that has more heat. The one in the room was too small and didn't dried my long hair.

Great location, safe and close to many restaurants and cafes. The staff was very friendly and kind, also at the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was very nice with enough choice, such as ajaco, arepas, eggs, yogurt, plenty of fresh fruits, bread and toppings. Coffee was good and we appreciated that during the week the breakfast starts at 6am. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed comfy.

Not much, the only small downside was that at night the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy. Also the room and restaurant were quite cold, but for most people this should not be an issue.

Breakfast is very good. Big buffet style. It follows the same theme everyday but changes offerings as well. The rooms are spacious ,modern and cleaned daily. There is excellent security protocol. You need your room card to go up or down on the elevator. It’s in a great location for whatever you need , most within walking distance.

There are no sauces available for items such as springrolls. The kitchen doesn’t even have hot sauce available for the scrambled eggs. The staff aren’t very friendly. They look miserable and don’t smile . (In general).

The property was clean, the standard rooms are rather spacious and all of the staff are pleasant and always welcome you with a greeting, smile and always willing to assist. I had a minor issue the last day of my stay in which the hotel manager, quickly step in to give a listening ear to resolve. Once the team became involved the issue was resolved promptly. Miguel who I believe may be the front desk manager, I'm not too certain was the real MVP ( Most Valuable Player ) in this situation. I am grateful for Linda, and a young gentleman who typically works the overnight shift and the entire team, if I did not mention your name I'm So sorry but all of you are very pleasant and eager to please whereever you can, and I could not have chosen a better hotel. The complimentary breakfast is a standard breakfast but if you are person who loves to cook I would suggest the Junior suite quite a few of the staff speaks English to assist where necessary. Service top tier 10/10.

Great location and surrounded by many famous restaurants and cafes. The staff here are very friendly and assist me a lot. The room is spacious and clean with necessary facilities. Good breakfast are included. As a female solo traveller and first time in Bogota, I feel safe to stay here. The value for money is very high.

The air conditioner did not work well and made me feel cold at night. The bottled water were not provided after first night's stay.

Breakfast was buffet style, very nice selection. The hotel is in a great location. The seafood restaurant on the upper patio directly across the street is a must visit! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Maid service is on point everyday if you wish. It’s a solid choice for staying in Bogota. Excellent security measures as well.

I found the staff to be a little unwelcoming . The shower was designed with no door . Bad design. The rooms need “ do not disturb “ signs .

Clean hotel room in a great location, walkable to lots of nice restaurants and bars. The description of the room said that it had 3 beds but when we arrived there were only 2, but the hotel staff took care of this quickly by adding another mattress. The room itself was spacious and clean.

I wish there were more details about the room in the description online. Also, the room was very sparse - there was almost no art or decorations, just a very basic room.

Breakfast was good and rich. Wi-Fi worked well in the room. Staff was helpful. We felt safe around the hotel (although we always used Uber to move around the city). We could store our luggages in the hotel after checkout and collect them before going back to the airport.

We were not given the room we had chosen, which was annoying - I understand the same happened to other guests. No cleaning service during our stay.
