The hotel is new, the staff in general are very nice and helpful, specially Linda was attentive. Loved the variety they had for breakfast, surely not a simple one. They're still under construction so the spa and gym weren't ready. The room was spacious, comfortable, zero noise from the street. BIG TV!! the lighting of the room was comfortable to the eye, not too dark and not too bright either. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a gastronomic adventure. It's close to blocks of restaurants! I would stay again. I traveled with my husband and toddler.

Nothing to say honestly. Only recommendation, the hair dryer could be replaced for one that has more heat. The one in the room was too small and didn't dried my long hair.

Modern, hip hotel located in a great spot, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and trendy shops. Close to main thoroughfares and shopping malls. The staff is excellent and accommodating. Complementary breakfast is disappearing from more budget friendly hotels, glad to see they include it. My single traveler, king bed room was ample and spacious. Cannot speak for other rooms. I enjoyed the food on offer for lunch, their in house restaurant is good with reasonable prices.

Unfortunately there is no in house gym or exercise room. I would have greatly appreciated that. There are local gyms in the area but the convenience of a hotel gym is lacking. Other than that, the bathroom in my single king bed room was rather small. The door will literally knock the toilet paper roll off its place when you open it. Shower is open concept, with only a single pane of glass, no door. This leads to the bathroom floor often getting soaked whenever you shower. A single towel placed on the floor is not enough. Walls are also quite thin, noise will reach you from other rooms and the hallway.

Great location, safe and close to many restaurants and cafes. The staff was very friendly and kind, also at the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was very nice with enough choice, such as ajaco, arepas, eggs, yogurt, plenty of fresh fruits, bread and toppings. Coffee was good and we appreciated that during the week the breakfast starts at 6am. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed comfy.

Not much, the only small downside was that at night the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy. Also the room and restaurant were quite cold, but for most people this should not be an issue.

The images on Booking.com were incorrect and the room that we booked was extremely small, thankfully Adriana and the front desk staff was able to move us to a more spacious room. It felt weird to open up the door and having the shower right on the right, that was not the picture that was on the site where we booked our room. Thankfully they understood and provided a room that met our expectations.

Breakfast is very good. Big buffet style. It follows the same theme everyday but changes offerings as well. The rooms are spacious ,modern and cleaned daily. There is excellent security protocol. You need your room card to go up or down on the elevator. It’s in a great location for whatever you need , most within walking distance.

There are no sauces available for items such as springrolls. The kitchen doesn’t even have hot sauce available for the scrambled eggs. The staff aren’t very friendly. They look miserable and don’t smile . (In general).

I love everything about this hotel. But the staff particularly are so polite, friendly and happy to help. The rooms are spacious and very comfrotable. The location in Chapinero is so cool. Muy tranquilo and with plenty of really nice restaurants and small kiosk bars to hang out in. It is also a super safe part of Bogota if you worry about that kind of thing. I have stay here about 4 times already and it is now my go to place to stay in this city. Gracias!

The property was clean, the standard rooms are rather spacious and all of the staff are pleasant and always welcome you with a greeting, smile and always willing to assist. I had a minor issue the last day of my stay in which the hotel manager, quickly step in to give a listening ear to resolve. Once the team became involved the issue was resolved promptly. Miguel who I believe may be the front desk manager, I'm not too certain was the real MVP ( Most Valuable Player ) in this situation. I am grateful for Linda, and a young gentleman who typically works the overnight shift and the entire team, if I did not mention your name I'm So sorry but all of you are very pleasant and eager to please whereever you can, and I could not have chosen a better hotel. The complimentary breakfast is a standard breakfast but if you are person who loves to cook I would suggest the Junior suite quite a few of the staff speaks English to assist where necessary. Service top tier 10/10.

Great place. Feels new and well taken car off. Visually appealing. Great view from the windows. Breakfast was included and it was good! Amenities included bath tub.

The hot water wasn't very hut. Enough to take shower, but not enough to take a bath. Roof top access was under repairs and was unacceptable. Not a current down side, but rather future upside.
