So quiet in comparison to other hotels and accomodations. It was off of a back street, yet still close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff were super helpful. Bed was probably the most comfortable I've slept in. Colombia. Everything was squeaky clean, which I can appreciate. Also love the breakfast in the morning - eggs and coffee to order!

The windows are single paned, which does let in some of the traffic noise. I think all windows are single paned in Colombia, so that's normal.

The location is great, you have great restaurants, pharmacies and groceries just a couple blocks away if you want to walk or call a delivery, and there’s a park with an outdoor gym right next to the hotel where you can exercise

The room can get a little hot if the sun hits it all day, as far as I know there’s no air conditioning o fan to cool it down

Staff was overall friendly save for some exceptions, clean place and nice lobby , great breakfast.

The rooms are not insulated for noise so i could hear constantly people coming in and out of their rooms and piping of the building makes so much noise that i can tell when people are taking a shower or using the bathroom constantly , very hard to sleep well . This might not be the case in other floors but definitely in floor 2 . They don't have heaters

the property is located within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the Rosales-Chapinero area. The are is super safe and residential. The hotel is exactly as seen in the pictures posted on Booking. An absolute great value for the price!!

We had a room in the second floor and we could smell the eggs that the staff was making for breakfast from about 5:30 am. Other than that, perfect stay!

Location is excellent. All staff really accomodating, and very friendly. Made efforts to make me feel at home and relaxed. Room was small but all I needed. WIll stay there again.

The one draw back is sound - you can hear other guests, (particualrly if they are talking loudly on their phones), not so much through the walls, but surprisingly through the doors to other rooms. It echoes a lot in the corridor. It was never a problem during the night though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are a couple of restaurants and bars within walking distance and the area is good. The property is a good option if you are gonna work outside the whole day and just need sleep. The rooms are comfortable but very small.

This is a lovely little hotel, excellent value for money with friendly, welcoming staff. Location is perfect - a quiet neighbourhood and convenient for some of the best restaurants in the city. The rooms are scrupulously clean, breakfast is plentiful and made to order. I visit Bogotá frequently, have stayed here many times and will continue to do so.

It’s just great value. Everything is nice without being excessive. Great showers, great breakfast, friendly staff and room service.

I would like them to have breakfast go a bit later — 9:30am is an early cutoff. Even ending at 9:45am would be a big help.

Staff is polite but not friendly, no smiles (except for the person working at night). Quite different to other hotels we stayed in in Colombia. Breakfast is a small buffet and we were glad that there´s a choice but we really missed things. For example there were cereals but no milk. Bread but no butter. Cheese was gone by 8h30.

Excellent location, modern rooms, safe, great breakfast, overall amazing value.

There is an intermittent loud noise that can occur randomly for 5 minutes or so. Can hear road noise and other guests.
