Great hotel in a good location in Bogota, walking distance to lots of nice restaurants and cafe's, the area felt safe even though there was quite a bit going on in the evenings. We stayed here with our two boys aged 8 and 10 at the beginning of our holiday in Colombia, they really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and all of the choices. Nice clean room with hot shower. The staff were very friendly, and helped us arrange transport from the airport to the hotel when we first arrived, and the taxi driver waited for us even though our flight was very late arriving. They helped us arrange other taxi's during the stay.

We liked the location in Chapinero. It is very close to excellent restaurants and Carrera 7, one of Bogotá’s most important avenues. We also liked the friendly and extremely accommodating staff.

Breakfast our first morning there (1/5/25) was mediocre, which left a less than favorable first impression. There was a limited selection of breakfast items and their quality was low. Happily, the situation improved the next day

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I had informed them about my dietary needs in advance, and they offered plenty of options to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. The hotel is well located in a quiet area, making it easy to get around Bogotá while still enjoying a peaceful night’s sleep. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Bogotá. The location in a nice neighborhood surrounded by restaurants and cafés was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious and nice. The staff was exceptional, providing courteous and helpful service. The breakfast surpassed even that of a 5-star hotel in Medellín, and I loved the Happy Hour at the restaurant/bar. Highly recommended for a classy and enjoyable stay in Bogotá.

Everything was pretty good.

Good location close to plenty of restaurants and in a safe part of the city. The room was comfortable whilst not luxurious with a good bathroom and comfy beds. One attraction of Embassy Suites is the manager's reception which provides free drinks and snacks for residents. On the one night (of two) when this was available it was very good. Breakfast was plentiful with a fair selection and attentive staff.

On our first evening the manager's reception proved to be unavailable at the advertised hour with the facility being given over to a dedicated promotion of a specialised gin - this started an hour later than we were advised, featured limited snacks and was very loud; much too loud for normal people to bear for more than five minutes so we left, without any complementary drinks. We had not been advised that this was the case when we had been checked in and told that the regular reception would be available at the normal time. This was disappointing.

They were very welcoming at check in, and it’s in a great area of bogota , Zona G.

They shut off the breakfast that is included in the room price pretty early, it’s shutdown and cleaned up by 10am.. I think closing it at 11 would be more flexible.. I got there at 10:20 and basically needed to go somewhere else if I wanted breakfast, which I did, so I just made sure I was early enough the next day!

What a perfect stay! The included breakfast was delicious and generous, with plenty of fresh fruit and an omelet station. The staff were all so kind and accommodating, including our driver and the front desk staff. We asked the front desk for help booking a reservation at a nearby restaurant for a group of nine, and they really came through—we arrived at the restaurant to discover we were seated in a private room! The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and beautiful. Truly a wonderful spot!

Central location with a good breakfast and an evening snack included in room rate. There are wonderful restaurants, book shops and easy taxi pick up near by. For all the things to do in Bogotá it is hard to beat the value of Embassy Suites Rosales. We needed a safe place to rest our heads at night before we adventured out every day. Definitely coming back to visit.

Don’t forget to turn the fan on in the workout facility, it is close to the parking garage and occasionally smells like car fumes.
