Great Location, great breakfast and price , very clean

Room a little warm for my comfort so had to open the window to get cool Air from outside but then I could hear the cars outside. Also didn’t like the fact that property charge me the tax that I am exempt from by law for not having a stamp on my passport . Bio meg system does not provide stamp or any proof of entry to the country therefore hotels should know that.

The size of the room, the absence of noise, cleanliness, the friendly staff, the view. The hotel provided exactly what I requested, high floor and very quiet room. The neighborhood is safe to walk around, lots of restaurants, but nowadays Bogota requires more care than a few years ago, wherever you are. We left very early so no time for breakfast. The hotel can arrange a taxi for the airport, which is safer than taking a yellow one, and the cost is not much greater, so well worth it. We will gladly return in the future.

Nothing, except that if you are a foreigner simply in transit you will have to pay the tax on the room. It is not the hotel's decision, it is the law.

Location is good. The breakfast (once some minor issues were sorted out) was good, with a variety of food and fruits. Staff at breakfast were friendly and willing to go out of the way to help.

Some appliances for serving breakfasts do not work well, e.g. the waffle maker takes a very long time to make (15'), the toaster could hardly toast bread or heat up croissants, as the temperature was very low and could not be changed. This made it impossible to have things sufficiently hot. Frustrating! This issue must be dealt with by the hotel management.

I liked the location. Also we were a family of four that requested to be in the same room and they gave us three queen size beds which fit well with my wife and I and our two kids. I also liked some of the businesses that were in the neighborhood, especially some convenient restaurants.

They had advertised a open bar with free hors d'oeuvres for a Thursday evening, but they didn't actually have it. I also would have liked for the breakfast to have been included in the price of the stay.

The location was excelent, quiet and safe zone, near restaurants and coffee shops. The room was clean and confortable. The staff was kind with a really customer oriented.

All my experience was good.

The location is some distance from the centre but you can get a taxi there which is quite inexpensive. The gym is somewhat basic with a couple of treadmills and one bike. There was a good variety of options for breakfast. Staff were very helpful at all times and brought up things when requested.

Staff had limited understanding of English so it was hard to tell them that i wanted a veggie omelette for breakfast.

Great location in a safe clean neighborhood with nice restaurants and cafes. God breakfast buffet included. Attentive staffing helped with some difficult travel issues.

Only one staff person had even limited English language capabilities.

Location was amazing, with a lot of really good restaurants, cafes and bars in walking distance. The staff service and attention was great.

Beds are not necessarily comfortable. They can improve in this area.

Breakfast was delicious, and included enough options for a vegetarian/ someone lactose intolerant. There's an excellent vegan restaurant down the street called Elektra Punk&Food, and we felt safe walking between here and the busy nightlife in Chapinero. Mojitos at the hotel bar were very good. Of the three places we stayed in Colombia, this was the easiest to communicate if you only have a little Spanish, and the staff was super patient and friendly.

We got 2 drinks for free at the bar with a coupon by Booking.

Although there were a proper desk and a char for work, the internet was slow so glad we didn't bring some work to do at the hotel room.
