There were many breakfast options. Breakfast is also offered till quite late and starts very early mon to fri which accommodates the schedule of almost any visitor. The pool area is insulated and well-kept. The hotel lobby and first floor are very pretty. Staff is overall very attentive to customers' needs.

Hotel carpets clearly need an entire change or a deep cleaning. Carpet stains were easily noticed throughout the floor and the rooms, more outside the rooms than inside but still. Likewise, some corners of the rooms had not been well cleaned since debris/dust was found at some of the corners. Finally, water and snacks at the room's minibar were very overpriced.

The breakfast was great. They had gluten-free bread and cereal which is always very hard to find. Lots of tropical fruit to try at breakfast and a great selection of food for all ages. My 4 year old who does not like much, ate scrambled egg and hot chocolate and enjoyed it. The pool was great for my child. Quiet and Clean. The hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood and central to everywhere.

The cleaners woke us up at 8 am one day when we were sleeping, and it was not even the day we checked out. We only got two towels when 3 people were staying in the room. The pool was a little cold, and only the big pool was in use, not the smaller pool.

An absolute gem of a hotel with a gorgeous lobby, a luxurious feel, an amazing staff that are extremely respectful and go above and beyond, pristine, clean rooms, out of this world facilities, including 20 metre lap, pool for swimmers, a gym, an outstanding breakfast with an array of different choices… What more can I say? The hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room on the top floor. My view was amazing. Miss Sandra, the manager was just fantastic. She made sure that I had everything I needed. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave! I also did not get a chance to say goodbye to Miss Sandra and Sylvanna but I know we will meet again!

The hotel is nicely located, staff is helpful and very efficient. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever in terms of variety and quality. I especially loved the amazing fruit selection, but there is also a gluten free option. The room are well sound proof, the bed is comfortable and the room are spacious.

I had a free upgrade to the "premium" room from Booking.com, but that room was too cold and there was no way to regulate the temperature in the room (AC has a fixed temperature at 18 degrees). I was then moved into another standard room (which was still quite big, you can see a photo attached), much warmer, on a higher floor.

Elegant and food and bar was good.

Pool and jacuzzis were closed when we got there. I asked manager and was told I should have read the details before booking ..I guess somewhere on booking page (in small print) that it was "under construction" lol .. Nobody has time to check every detail when booking from a phone .and when they feature something so prominently on the website as their cover photo booking should take down the pool amd spa pics.

The hotel had a perfect location for my purposes. The rooms are magnificent and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great.

I didn't like the options and taste of the food for dinner. the room temperature was too cold, I was not able to heat it a little.

The transportation, the whitecaps outside the hotel double charge me twice for services that I had paid in cash terrible terrible transportation service the one in front of the hotel. Do not use.

The hotel was amazing, the pool, the sauna, the jacuzzi, the temperature of the wet areas was extremely good, the bedroom is large with a great desk in case you need to work (not just the desk, the chair too) the bed is comfy, the room is quiet the bathroom is great. We had a great and tasty dinner, then we moved into the bar for some cocktails, the waiter in the dinner room and the barman were incredibly friendly and helpful, the cocktails were great (loved the old-fashioned) the mood and bar were cozy and the music wasn't that loud. The breakfast on Sundays its amazing, a lot of options, and the food is delicious, there is a DJ outside but it's pretty darn cold to be there, the wind blows string. But definitely one of the best buffet breakfasts I've had in a while.

Nothing, everything was great, but maybe just a minor suggestion for the bedrooms, a Smart TV will do great, Cable-TV is quite boring and outdated nowadays, most people have Streaming accounts they can use anywhere.

Location, and always available private transportation. Suite amenities and layout. Great shower. Restaurant and bar.

I missed having a microwave, a coffee bar in the lobby and, more Colombian food options.

Excellent place, great staff, I love the breakfast and the location is fantastic.

Traffic jams to reach the place and to move to Candelaria area. But that has nothing to do with the hotel, which is exceptional.
