Excellent and very safe location close to everything. Walking distance to hacienda Santa Barbara, usaquen, Santa Ana, clínica Santa Fe and many restaurants. Easy access to taxis on La 7th Avenue. Breakfast was great and different every morning. They also gave you the option of getting fresh made eggs any style. When in Colombia I like huevos pericos which is scrambled eggs with tomato and scallions. They made them perfect. The room was clean and had daily housekeeping. We had great views of the mountains. Overall great hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast and location were perfect!

We didn't like that there were children (group of football kids and their parents and coach that didn't took care of them the way they should. Screaming, running, pushing buttons of all the floors. It took quite some time to get to the floor I was staying. I wasn't the only one annoyed. Your hotel would be better if it was adult only.

We loved swimming pool and breakfast had even meat dish! Staff were amazing and very helpful. Dressing rooms for swimming were broken. Also overall room was quite run down. For 4 stars hotel you would expect to have it more fresh and new. However it was good for us as kids loved swimming pool! We used it only in the morning, in not sure if it’s open in the afternoon. Location- I would choose other areas with kids better. We did not like that area of Bogotá.

This is solid business hotel. The basics are covered quite well. Staff are warm and welcoming, and the property is very secure. For a few nights, it is a fine option.

The breakfast is good, although options are limited. The gym is rather basic and the equipment is rather old. It would be nice if guests could enter and exit the hotel with a fob or electronic key. Instead, you have to push a button to ring the desk upstairs to release the door.

The breakfast is a perfect way to start your day! BH has great food selections and made to order eggs along with the juice options and something different every day. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I stay in Bogota frequently and BH Hotel is my second home....... it will not dissapoint. If you are a foodie you will LOVE the location with an enormous amount of restaurants surrounding the park which is just a safe walk a couple blocks.

Loved this hotel. Great location, it was very easy to go out for lunch and dinner, went to the movies and enjoyed the flee market on Saturday and Sunday. Room was extremely comfortable, we did have to ask for a fan but slept better than at home! Staff very accommodating. I would stay here again no doubt!

I would improve only two aspects: 1) the hotel restaurant has very few vegetarian options, even all the pastas have meat or fish. Please have vegetarian guests in mind! 2) I would upgrade TV to smart tvs, I prefer having the option to watch my Netflix HBO account more so than Directv.

Great location, near to the hospital we made the trip for. Near to restaurantes, shopping centers, parks and everything we could possibly need. The people in the hotel are great hostess, they solve every need we had. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The shower itself was a person daily spa. We hope to get back soon!! We loved it.

The location...it was within walking distance from the Usaquen restaurant area and the Hacienda Santa Barbara Shopping Mall and a minimum cab fare ride to the Unicentro Shopping Mall which is one of the best in Bogota. We will definitely going back to this hotel on our next trip to Bogota.

Blankets should be in the room, Bogota is cold city at nighttime, we did get the blankets, but you need to call the Front Desk to get them.

The location was perfect, walking distance to the Usaquen weekend market and area where you will find lots of very good restaurants and bars. The hotel had all the necessary amenities for a long weekend in the city and felt very safe.

The room would get a bit warm at night. I would prefer blankets instead of the thick winter duvet.
