Breakfast was good and staff very polite and helpful.

Laundry services were expensive and a hassle. Price was unclear because they couldn't weight your clothe in reception. So, they communicated the price when my clothe had already been taken away. The payment had to be made when laundry was delivered what it forced me to stay waiting in the hotel. This could be sorted by weighting your laundry in reception and processing the payment on behalf of the laundry services or by qr code.

Very close to the dental clinic we were attending. Great staff offering wonderful service. Many thanks to Carol on the front desk for taking time to chat with us each night.

The bed was hard as a rock and pillows too high. Unfortunately on the last night, I slept in a bad position, causing a muscle sprain to my left shoulder. I needed an injection to relax the muscle.

Breakfast was good for the price I paid. The chefs are amazing. I also enjoyed dinner and it was super delicious. Staff are amazing and very polite.

Bed mattress are a little too hard.

No lamps and the ceiling lights are in the center of the rooms which make difficult to read when you are in the bed. The noise level from the street is high, if you are sensitive to it

Firstly, the booking was for the Santa Barbara Real Hotel, however when we arrive they inform us that they were already full but that the can offer us a room at a nearby hotel, it was 3 blocks away. So this review is more about the Back Hotel Usaquen.

There is no coffee machine in the room. Is a basic room with not even a side bed lamp.

Hotel room had a well-appointed bathroom and plenty of hot water, facilites were excellent. Hotel is a five-minute drive from UniCentro shopping mall. There is a D2 mini-Market a few doors down from the hotel where you can pick up a variety of non-persishable, packaged goods, toiletries, water, juices and snacks among other assorted items.

There aren't many places to eat in the immediate area. The hotel's street is divided, heavily trafficked and difficult to cross.

Breakfast is good very friendly people

I think a security to open the door. Front desk lady is always busy . Have to wait before she open door.
