Breakfast was excellent with a choice of hot and buffet items. The room was spacious, but in need of maintenance to bring it up to date. The porter, Gionni (?) deserves special mention. He was always ready to help, whether helping to carry coffee to the room in the morning, getting soaked in the rain so we didn’t get wet, and just smiling and making sure that we were happy.

We booked 3 nights for the first leg of our trip. In our first room the bathroom lighting was very dim and we assumed it was an energy saving tactic. However, we booked again for two nights before we flew home and the bathroom lighting was normal in our second room. So clearly a maintenance issue. The second room was missing the couch but the cushions remained? The toilet was not clean the second time we stayed, and the staff gave a poor excuse that the hotel recycled grey water, which did not make sense given our knowledge of the property and our past experience.

Great hotel. Amazing staff, from the front desk, restaurant, housekeepers, bar, front lobby/butler, all great. Great fresh breakfast with your eggs ordered your way. Fresh fruits, different juices, cheeses as well. Also, desserts! in time. 😁

Whoever the hotel had some maintenance issues with one of the elevators. Jacuzzi was under service. Also, with the humidity control unit as there is no A/C (apparently not needed in Bogota) so we had to crack the window open (to about 6 inches in the top) to get some fresh air since there are no ceiling fans with lights and only indirect light throughout. Beautiful bathroom but also only indirect light. This makes it difficult for us guys to shave and trim properly! LOL. The fan extractor over the toilet was not working. 🤢 The expresó machine needed service and since it's an Italian machine they weren't sure how long was going to take. Overall, we'll stay there again as it was a lovely place with awesome staff and service! I'm sure they'll take care of these maintenance issues

The location is great, the staff was really nice most of the time, the hotel itself is really cute and the breakfast was consistently ok. Overall, I think for the value in that area of Bogota, is an amazing place to stay.

It should be clearer that there’s no air conditioning, the weather in Bogota make it work most of the time, but it was hot a couple of nights during my stay. Also the WiFi wasn’t that consistent if you plan to work from there.

Great quiet place for a restful getaway. Near Usaquen Park and many restaurants. We got a room with jacuzzi that was spacious and comfty. Reception service was great, Pilar & Camilo were super nice with us and promptly serviced all requests we had. Everything is very ecofriendly, and breakfast is pretty good. Definitely would stay there again.

Setup of the room could be better. For 2 guests, there was only one of many things, like one tea, one coffee pack, no body soap, one small roll of toilet paper for 2 nights... no big deal since all of those we requested and were promptly taken to our room, and I guess maybe it was part of the eco-friendly initiative, but at least one item per guest/night would be nice.

The staff scores 10/10! Always welcoming and able to assist with whatever requested. Hotel Organic suites is situated in a tranquil part of Bogota/Usaquen. Hotel itself has good qualities, but some parts are outdated/not well maintained. Rooms are spacious with all facilities need. Breakfast had a variety of local and continental options, liked the possibility to get egg dishes made as wished for.

WI-FI connection is poor in several parts of the hotel and for this we had to change rooms 3 times in order to get internet service in our room (staff was always willing to find the best solution and to assist with moving).

Very nice Spa with Sauna and Whirlpool. This was the main reason we stayed here, and we were not disappointed. Gym is very nice too. Breakfast is good too.

For being ecologically sustainable the rooms don't have aircon or electric ventilation. The ventilation system only works with opened windows. This creates two problems. First the rooms are smelly. They smell like a wet dog. Second, you either have to sleep with open windows - which is very noisy - or deal with a very hot room due to closed windows.

This hotel is the best place to stay in Bogota. The staff are amazing and do everything to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast is incredible with a wide variety of healthy food options. There is a hot tub/jacuzzi and fitness center on the top floor that has great views of the area. Massage services are also available next to the jacuzzi area and they are the best!

Excellent place to stay in Bogotá, near a big community of Medical professionals, near shopping malls, the complementary breakfast was delicious, very Colombian, very clean, warm Jacuzzi with a nice view, room service 24/7, absolutely all staff were very friendly and helpful….

I am an American and a regular traveler of Colombia and Bogota in particular.... The breakfast at BioHotel is the best I have had anywhere. Along with the normal breakfast offering; eggs made to order, postrys, coffee, tea, etc... BioHotel offers a fresh Super Green & detox juice along with fresh soup that I have not seen offered daily..... The jacuzzi is huge and there is a gym with free dumbells and other equipment that allows for a real workout..... Although I have not utilized the massage services yet, they are conveniently offered on the top floor in a private setting. The location also offers great food options with GREAT Italian right around the corner.....

I have yet to find an area to privately catch some vitamin D (Sun) without a shirt (I am male) but the front patio is a great place to enjoy fresh air....

Very good food and times, The rooms and suites are very nicely designed, All facility is kept very clean. The private hot tub is a very nice option

Everything was very nice and clean, but they advertised a shuttle service from airport to hotel, and when I asked for it they told me they dont have that service, and also sometimes some noises very early in the morning.
