1. Not bottled water in the room as expected in any hotel and not enough at the bar 2. I had to go to the street at mid night to look for water, not acceptable. The hotel must to provide water at the rooms.

Bed was comfortable and room was large. No air conditioning and no fan so room got a little hot. Breakfast was acceptable. Ran out of food and had to ask for it to be replenished. Location is great. On a side street so no traffic or noise.

Front desk staff could have been a bit friendlier. Rooms need refreshing/updating.

The location one block apart from the good mall Unicentro. We felt very safe in the area, a beautiful neigborhood. The staff was very friendly . There is a restaurante. Breakfast is very good.They kindly kept our luggage until late in the evening, as we had a late flight

There was no water in the frigobar.

Breakfast was amazing!! Diversity of fruits, good coffee variety of fresh bread, juices, yogurt, eggs and sometimes chicken broth, delicious. A cozy Dining Room and professional staff!

I personally, like everything. This place fulfilled my expectations. Planning to return soon.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional personalized service and fantastic amenities as well very close to a great mall.. The staff were so friendly and helpful from arrival, to reception, bell staff and restaurant. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this boutique hotel and I will be back!!

Location is right next to Unicentro, one of Bogotá’s largest malls and well surrounded by drugstores, supermarkets and small restaurants, so you can find anything you need within a 2mins walk. Room was comfortable, clean and well equipped and staff was kind

Excellent boutique hotel in Usaquén residential area, about two blocks away from the main road. Within short walking distance of large upscale mall (Unicentro), several excellent restaurants (Amma Restaurante 122, La Bonga Del Sinú Calle 116, Crepes & Waffles), bars (Beer Station 116), coffee shops (Juan Valdez, Illy) and supermarket (Exito).

Breakfast could have had a little more variety, perhaps some pastries, but especially from a day-to-day perspective. We stayed 4 nights and had the exact same breakfast every day.

Second time here. Really love the hotel and the close proximity to Unicentro. Great breakfast and gym and wonderful service. It is a shame this time the wet area steam room was not working so unale to use it this time around. I still highly recommend this hotel.

It is a wonderful boutique hotel with excellent facilities & a fabulous buffet breakfast included. Great location a few blocks from big shopping ctr, & with a small gym, and usually offers great last minute pricing.

They charged My Credit card 2wice. They gave Us Complimentary Waters for the inconvenience but at end of Check out they charged Us for the Complimentary Waters..Not Cool.
