The location was great! The room was also very clean. I'd provide a map to guests so they don't get lost as the complex is huge hahaha.

When you book the property, they tell you through booking that you need to pay within 24 hours to the link they provide. They never provided the link, and when I arrived to the property, I had to pay there at the property (which is the expected way of doing things). I'd suggest that the person who is managing the reservations is updated with the correct process of the payment.

Great service they were so nice and organized. The rooms were HUGE, and I'm from texas so that is saying a lot. The free hotel breakfast had everything we needed but on the second day we ate at another place in the complex and it was exquisite and very cheap less than around 35 American dollars for 4 people. Overall it was such a fantastic stay and I will be staying there every time I'm in Bogota as it is extremely safe. There are around 3 rounds of security before you can even get into the building for our safety which makes it to that only customers are in the complex. It is also a few feet from the biggest mall in Colombia. Had EVERTHING I needed.

Bogota is a very big city so, for me, the location is very important and Plenitud's is perfect. Close to the Unicentro mall' s shopping plus Usaquen's restaurants. Not to mention how safe and secure it feels inside the compound.

While the location and external architecture is superb, the units remain a little dated albeit you can see the effort in updating some units. With a little more remodeling and updating, the location will be even better (i.e. Hotel La Fontana's lobby right in the premises). A small example that could go a long way is upgrading the TVs and tech around them.

There was a little confusion during arrival, regarding the parking location. Nevertheless, it wasn't a big issue.

It was ok. The room was not very nice but it had an ok selection for the price. Can’t complain.

The rooms and furniture were very outdated and the kitchen too. It would be nice to have at least some coffee in the apartment.
