I had a wonderful stay! The place truly felt like home, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel welcomed right away. The room and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained, providing all the comfort and functionality I could ask for. The staff were exceptional—David, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay.

If I had one minor suggestion, it would be that I personally prefer a harder bed for sleeping. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely return!

The breakfast was freshly made every morning. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The service was excellent and the buffet-style menu was colorful and delicious. Fruits and a variety of breads with some sort of typical Colombian accompaniment graced our tables daily.

We disliked that what was advertised in the photos on the Booking website did not match the quality and condition of the actual room when we arrived.

Great hotel. No question for me, this is where to stay in Bogota. Staff all very corteous and professional. Good sized, comfortable rooms. Great value for money and for me at least, perfect location.

We had a room on the 8th floor, which is the top floor in the building. We don't know if there is any kind of machinery up there but there is a constant soft noise that makes sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Amazing staff, everyone was incredibly helpful, they personally brought our food deliveries to the room, they got us a driver to bring us to places where uber would not go like the Salt Cathedral, they arranged an appointment for my Covid test and the staff from the clinic came to my room and did the test, omg everyone was so friendly and helpful, I was amazed! the hotel was very pretty too and everything was nearby, restaurants, bars, shopping centers, supermarkets, you name it.

Hotel is pretty well located, there are some good restaurants in the nearby, also a big supermarket and the entire surrounding area is safe and nice. Hotel staff was very friendly and diligent.

Arriving late (say after midnight) could be not very pleasant as the person in charge is not normally on his/her place and it takes some time to get the access to the hotel.

The receptionist was very kind printing out my boarding pass and the night receptionist was also very helpful doing a quick check out at 5am! Outstanding staff!

I booked a King bed and in reality was a Queen size bed. Shower pressure very low in the 6th floor. Internet did not work too well.
