This is a beautiful hotel, with pieces of art for exhibition and sale and other artwork for decoration. It is located in a tranquil area eventhough there are some main roads nearby; there is also a lovely park right in front of the hotel. Fabulous breakfast, spacious room and bathroom, very clean, the bed was very confy and firm as I prefer. Staff is friendly and helpful. I also made use of the restaurant with a fair number of options and reasonable prices. I enjoyed the food and I invited friends and relatives to have lunch and dinner with me and they also liked it.

The courtains of my room had few broken parts on the lining that would let the sunlight through; the restaurant is closed after breakfast on Sundays and bank holidays (service all day Monday to Saturday) other than this, everything is of good quality and in good condition.

The staff was excellent in all places and times. They were very helpful. The breakfast was nice with breads, fruits, eggs and some more. Check in and out was fast. The location is amazing, the surroundings has lots of restaurants, supermarkets, and it's safe. There is also a green area right in front of the hotel.

They weren't able to book a parking spot, even if we contacted them many days in advance. They said it depended on the availability the moment we arrived. So we arrived at 3am and didn't know if we were going to have a parking spot for the rented car. They didn't even check if the parking lot was being properly used. Some cars were using two parking spots. We booked a double bed bedroom and they gave us a two bed. The fridge wasn't working and we needed it.

The staff is very professional. Breakfast was awesome. The location is fantastic. The bed was very comfortable, a rarity.

The hotel was nice and it was a good value but The room was smaller than expected (booked the junior suite), and it was dated. I expected a lounging area in the room. The shower was great except that there was no door and water got all over the bathroom floor, cutting short an otherwise exquisite bathing experience. They need new towels.

It has restaurant advertised, but during the weekend had restaurant closed said problems with Chef no info on if would re-open & after 3 days opened. Would be good to have clear info as having restaurant is an important benefit

Check in and check out took really long, especially the check-in, we arrived late night and we waited almost 15 min to check in (there was 1 more person to check in). One night it was raining and the water was leaking through the ceiling to the floor.

The bed were comfortable, the breakfast was really good. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Very nice bathrooms and good cleaning.

They don’t give you any waterbottle to drink (which many other hotels in the same price range gives you) All the food in the restaurant is very expensive.

We had a bad situation around bathroom facilities and we didn’t get an upgraded room or something to compensate for the huge inconvenience of having to pack and move to a different room

We liked the nearby area; the breakfast and the facilities in general. Staff were nice and ready to help. A lot of convenience stores around for any emergency or regular shopping.

The shower design lets the water flood the whole bathroom floor. The room service seems a bit expensive and their restaurant prices are kind of high for the amount of food but it is good tho.

I liked the area as everything that I needed was within 5 minutes walk, banks/restaurants/super markets, lovely coffee shops. I would recommend this hotel and I'm looking forward to going back in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
