Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were attentive to our needs and always ready with helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining. The on-site restaurant was a culinary delight, offering a diverse menu of delicious dishes that catered to both local and international tastes. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with a variety of fresh options to start the day right. The hotel's location was another major plus. Situated in a safe and convenient area, it allowed us easy access to Bogotá’s key sights and attractions while providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. Travelling with children can sometimes be challenging, but Hotel Dann made it seamless with their family-friendly amenities and accommodating service. My children felt at home, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay at Hotel Dann exceeded all expectations. It’s rare to find a hotel that perfectly balances luxury, comfort, and personalized service, but Hotel Dann achieves it effortlessly. We can’t wait to return on our next visit to Bogotá. Overall, my experience at Hotel Dann Carlton Bogotá was very positive. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable environment for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, always eager to assist and ensure a pleasant stay. The service and facilities met all expectations, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

One small area for improvement would be the air conditioning. It would be great if the temperature could be set lower than 19°C, as I prefer a cooler environment for sleeping. Apart from that, I have no further suggestions, as everything else during my stay was excellent.

The best of this hotel are the employees. I do travel a lot for professional reasons, thus I have been to many hotels around the world. That said, the team in the Hotel Dann Carlton, Bogotá is extraordinary; simply everyone!

Front desk people were very nice and helpfull.also spoke English. Taxi outside available during day time.i used uber but convenient when needed.great breakfast.room was nice,clean,minibar,safe,fridge,air-conditioning was working good.shower was nice,enough light in the room.i messed up the safe,reported at the front desk and within 5 minutes the maintenance people knocked on the door to fix it.laundry service was great and affordable.house keeping crew was outstanding.guestfriendly 100 pct when booked for 2.must registrate guest at front desk for no cost.even breakfast for 2.i cannot fault this awesome hotel.if there is one thing to find it s the operation of the elevators with the card is shady sometimes but this was only a minor thing for me.also on the opposite of the road there is a supermarket there is a atm just around the corner(exit to the right)also a bigger supermarket 24hr on walking distance.also the shopping mall.safe are to walk even when dark.this is a very good place to stay.

The room was great! The staff were beyond amazing, very friendly, and quite attentive. The hotel looks really nice and I really like where it’s located.

I would say the only thing is that for wand the greatest was the breakfast. I didn’t feel very up to the standard the hotel presented itself as. It was not a bad breakfast but it felt like it needed more quality.

The taxi drivers were amazing. The location was safe even though it is a bit far from most attractions. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Additionally the hotel staff were exceptional.

The hotel restaurant has a good and varied breakfast. The service during the morning hours were excellent however it is the opposite at night. We had once dined at the restaurant for the convenience but the food took forever and we were the only ones in the restaurant. That was the only small detail but perhaps it was just not the right day.

Breakfast was good, it had a lot of options and staff was really nice. The location was perfect. It was close to a shopping center that we liked a lot and also close to other areas with nice restaurants and museums.

I thought the air didnt circulate properly inside the rooms when the window was closed and it could only be opened a little. The room felt a little stuffy

Amazing experience! The staff is very friendly and they have their own taxi! They pick you up at the airport, they drive you everywhere you want to go and they wait for you to bring you back safely at the hotel! Ask for Miguel he is the best! And the price for transport is very cheap! Room was clean food was good and service was amazing!

the reception and overall checking in / checking out experience was nice. receptionist Natalia was VERY VERY helpful and kind. good and solid breakfast, great a-la-carte eggs.

The shower can be renovated, hot water from shower is not of enough volume to keep one warm for the first 20 seconds.

The staff were very friendly especially the girl on reception, the restaurant was very good - if I didn't pre book elsewhere I would have been happy eating later here, however we enjoyed the breakfast and lunch we had.

The hotel is nice however isn't quite as modern as some of the other Dann Carlton hotels we have stayed in.
