lovely decor, cozy VINTAGE style of course, LOVED the piano and felt really good during my stay! As a whole, they fulfilled our expectations: caring staff, good breakfast and a moderately elegant feel.

One of the mattresses in the room I stayed in needs to be changed, and there was a leak in the bathroom. We informed the staff but it will not affect our rating as we know from work experience this happens quite often even in a well-maintained hotel! Bathroom is quite small but of course this is most likely not going to change.

We loved our stay at hotel vintage! It was super charming. The decor, cleanliness, and friendly staff were all wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious!

The only downside was that we couldn't get the wifi in our room so we had to go down to the lobby to use wifi. It would be super if they could strengthen their signal!

Great hotel for a stay in the business heart of Bogotá. I always come back to this place since I feel welcome and safe. Comfortable bed and large shower.

Breakfast could be better (more options to choose from and amount, it's not a buffet). Parking is too small if you bring a larger car.

Lovely, helpful staff, many of whom speak good English. Everything well kept. Quite a few local shops and restaurants nearby. Uber to Gold Museum etc about 20,000 COP.. if you're travelling around they'll look after your luggage.

Ask for a room off the main strèet as Calle 100 is very busy from about 5 am.to 10 pm.

The hotel is in a nice area, however as the time of writing (July 2023) there are ongoing road works which make it difficult to access the location, other than that it is a nice hotel, a little bit expensive for what it offers, but the location makes up for it.

The schedule for the breakfast is a little bit limited and they don't offer a lot of options for it.

The staff was exceptional - breakfast was delicious, and the beds pretty comfortable. It is placed on a busy but not bad location. We lost a mobile phone - contacted reception, and they did everything possible to find it - they even checked the cctv cameras and managed to find and return it to us. I was impressed by how diligent they were searching / finding the mobile phone.

The staff is lovely and super helpful. We really appreciated their support all through our stay. The room is not huge but well organised and spacious enough for us traveling as a family with a lot of bags. Breakfast is delicious.

A very refined and excellent hotel. It is very close to the commercial center 93 Park. The room is spacious, the windows are a bit small, but the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast also has a variety of options. I stayed here for 3 days and every day was warmly greeted by the staff.

The soundproofing of the room is a bit unsatisfactory. You can hear the sound from the next room. At the same time, I am very confused about the legality of drugs in this country, because during my stay, i can smell the stinky marijuana, maybe guests are doing this.

The three girls in reception,restaurant and breakfastroom was very helpful and nice with everything despit some language problems. The restaurant had excellent meals to offer for lunch or dinner.

The wifi was a bit weak.

The helpfulness of the staff. The night reception desk clerk, Daniel, was tops. The restaurant staff as well. The manager is on top of things and is hands on to ensure good service. Great food.

Update the bathrooms. The motive is great, but the space is small. Availability of a space heater for very cold nights to make the room comfortable or dawn cover.
