The hotel is nice and we could go to the center (old town) by bus as it is a less than 10 min walk to go to the bus station (# H75 to go / B75 to come back. Station : 100 Calle). The staff is kind. The room was clean and well furnished and breakfast is good (fresh fruits, eggs if you want, cheese, ham, cereals...). , We use services as the shuttle to come from the airport and to go to the main bus station (Terminal Norte) to continue our trip in the country / the laundry (same day to have your clothes back cleaned and ironed). Good experience for us.

The bed was comfortable, lots of pillows, the staff were very very nice to include at the front desk Mr. Carlos, Mauricio, and Fernando. Miss Ruth, at the restaurant was very kind, and considerate in the complementary breakfast was generous and very good.

at first the toilet had a bad smell emanating from it, which was quickly addressed by the staff. The biggest problem is the thin walls which allow for noise to come from the adjacent rooms with rude people talking loud past 10 PM and well into early morning hours. the hotel should hand guests a rule page stating to please keep in mind, the peace and tranquility of the neighboring rooms during those hours.

Internet access just does not work, which is very inconvenient and frustrating. I think the bad internet service is somehow a business decision since many past coments mention the same issue and it keeps happening. These days there ia no excuse to have a weak internet access in an excellent hotel like this one.

Everything was amazing especially the stuff, they are super nice and treat you well. Breakfast was great with lots of choices.

Maybe they should think putting a small store with staff like toothpaste, basic medicine, snacks, or salads

Wonderful place to have a short stay in Bogota. Lovely staff, very quite and extremely comfortable beds. Big rooms. Great breakfast options. They went above and beyond what is expected. It will be my preferred stop off point in Bogota from now on!

Staff could be more friendly. The lock in our window bedroom was broken which made our bedroom noisy and cold. There is too much supervision in the buffet area which is uncomfortable.

Good size for a superior room, excellent breakfast with freshly squeezed juice and eggs cooked to order. Shower pressure is wonderful for a nice hot shower after a long day.

Location in day time allows you to walk as there are not restaurants or bars nearby. Heavy traffic daily to parque 93 and chapinero to visit shops, bars and eateries. The hotel bar closed during our stay so no options to have a night cap. The bed is very low and the pillows are very soft.

The staff is very kind and professional.

The noise in the morning was a little annoying since apparently they were doing some repairs on the upper floors, and it was not pleasant to be able to sleep until the desired time.

Excellent value hotel with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including great coffee. A great base to explore Bogotá.

Direct TV does not have good quality image. The toilets are not long so if you’re a man and have to go #2 you gotta hold the family jewels so they don’t touch the seat.
