The light through the window is amazing. The room has everything you need. The breakfast has many options to choose from and everything is cooked without salt, so it's perfect for everyone.

The size of the bathroom is small. In the breakfast there were no juices without sugar. Not enough coffee in the room, and only one cup to use. The spa is just a sauna.

When I arrived, they said the hotel was full due to platform issues which I truly did not believe. And no notification of change or hotel… the alternative was maybe similar, but I paid my booking price although that alternative was cheaper on booking… not really good that they do it this way to fill up their second hotel.

Great rooms quiet clean and ok breakfast buffet great location

The front desk staff especially during the day specifically young lady with glasses where not friendly never smiled or greeted guests as they passed

Quiet location, nice rooms with small fridge and coffee maker, lofts were a nice feature with a balcony. Nice facilities such as a small gym and sauna. Restaurant at location, breakfast included was a nice bonus. Hotel offered airport pickup and drop off if required. Convenience stores close by.

Lofts were nice but not practical if one has heavy suitcases to bring up or down the stairs. Balcony was nice but use is dependent on weather, otherwise limited privacy outside. As a solo traveler next time I would request a room in the main building closer to lobby, instead of the building after the parking lot, for enhanced safety.

Nice hotel in a safe area of Bogota, helpful and kind staff, but keep in mind that they speak almost no Spanish. I loved the tiny gym (basic equipment) and the sauna. Included breakfast was good, each day items changed allowing us to try more of the local cuisine. Do not expect anything fancy. We also liked the quick turnaround of the laundry service.

Could be more attentive to details, for example the sauna did not have towels, we had to ask each day. We had a room with a balcony which had a stunning view but unfortunately only 2 very basic and uncomfortable chairs as exterior furniture. I expect some lounge furniture with comfy pillows. Cleaning could also be done a bit more in detail.

The staff are very helpful and professional. The suite is huge and has a wonderful soaking tub with jets! The room is clean and quiet, with plenty of space to work and relax. There is a large selection of facilities including a spa and steam room as well as conference rooms. There are good restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby. It is an easy walk to Zona T/Zona Rosa and Parque 93. The neighborhood feels safe for a solo female traveler.

The beds are VERY firm. It feels like sleeping on the floor. I pulled cushions off the couch to lay on top of the mattress for extra cushioning. The breakfast is not great. The drinks and food selection are limited. I would suggest planning on going out or preparing food in your suite. For the price and location I think it's a fair trade off.

The hotel was fine. Breakfast was OK, but if an item emptied at breakfast, they didn't always replace it. But overall, ok.

Nil communication at reception! English was not really spoken so hard to communicate. They ordered us a taxi for our trip home to the airport & we paid at the hotel. They didn't let the taxi driver know that we had paid, and we had a terrible job of convincing him that we had paid. We were stuck in his taxi for 20 minutes at the airport as he didn't want to open the boot & let us have our luggage! This sort of stuff needs sorting out.

Hotel was located within excellent walking distance of lots of good coffee shops, restaurants, parks, bars and clubs. Staff is 100% incredible! Extremely knowledgeable abd helpful. The room service ladies are the best in my opinion. Overall, completely enjoyed my stay, it was quiet, clean, perfect for a short little vacation to relax and unwind.

Not really anything bad, I liked it

The location is great, the hotel is in great condition. The amenities are nice. Breakfast was included and is a buffet style.

It’s Bogota so it is a bit noisy, there is a drain pipe outside on the balcony and if there has been any rain you will hear dripping water all night. I had to stick a hand towel in the bottom to quell the noise. Also there is a small window above the stairs in my room that had the shade partially open, so it is difficult to have a dark room if the sun is up.

We only had a day and a half in Bogota at the end of two weeks in Colombia. Needed someplace near but not at the airport. The price (about $45 USD) a night was very attractive. The room was modest sized but with a large terrace with a couple of chairs. The view was of the local area but it was nice to open the sliders for air. Breakfast was fine for the price range. The neighborhood is nice, just a block from Calle 93 with plenty of stores and places to eat. Only a 6 block walk to Parque 93 with lots of higher end restaurants and bars. We walked easily and the neighborhood is very safe.

The room is two story with a tight spiral staircase up to the bedroom level. We're in our 70's and would have preferred one level although we did fine with it. The room was in a back section of the hotel and you walk through a parking garage to get to the elevators. Again, for the price, all managable and would stay again.
