An excellent place to stay whilst in Bogota. The location is great and safe. The room is extremely comfortable with excellent facilities. The bed is super comfortable too. Always had instant hot water in the shower. The hotel provides a wonderful breakfast which is a great start to the day. Above all the staff are very caring towards their guests and understand the hospitality industry. I would like to thank all the staff members from the manager to the chef including the cleaners. A special thank you to Carlos and Daniel on reception as they made an extra effort to speak English with me as I don't speak Spanish. They were always courteous and patient. Thank you for a great stay and making me feel welcomed.

Everything is excellent

The staff is absolutely amazing. They will tend to your every need. Breakfast is inkluded and if there is a certain way you like your omelet or eggs they will even do that. 🙂 You can even do your laundry free if charge. The cleaning is great and there is always extra fresh towls and linnen. The beds are incredible comfortable and the pillows are amazing. I slept like a baby. The kitchen in the room is great to and if you need a blender to prepare your own smoothies, they will provide you with one. The internet is stable and fast. Good upload/download speed. The hotel is places in an extremely safe area. You can easely move around. The bathrooms are very nice to. I stayed for over a month while i had surgery and they took great care of me. There is free coffe 24/7 in the lobby

1. The room is very big, with a kitchen and sofa, very comfortable! Very clean! 2. The most important thing is that there is stable hot water. It is the only hotel with stable hot water during my half-month trip to Colombia. Thank you, this is so important. 3. The breakfast is very rich and delicious! 4. The hotel staff who received us were very nice and helped us a lot.

Everything was great. But breakfast need more variety specially for long stays it was almost the same everyday.

The bed was comfortable, the size of the bathroom, bedroom, and living room/kitchen area were all large. The shower was aaaaamazing! Hot water and individual knobs to change the water pressure and the temperature. Temperature of the room wasn't too cold (usually they are quite cold in Bogota), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a late flight and they allowed us to keep our bags there for a bit after check out. The neighborhood is nice and you are just a couple of blocks away from Parque 93 and plenty of places to eat.

The location is in a great area quiet and peaceful. Is walking distance to Parque 93 in which you can find great food and bars. Staff is oriented to a great service!

Location, walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, banks, etc. 15 minutes walk to Parque 93. Room clean and comfortable. Great staff attention.

Noise caused by a construction just beside, so be prepare for all construcción related noises. Nice breakfast but it doesen't have restaurant

Extremely friendly and helpful staff: Andres and the other guy ( so sorry I forgot his name). Vivienne apartment. Both guys arranged taxi to pick up and drop us back to the airport. Gym had a fantastic view of the city and was very clean.

Breakfast provided limited choices. Would prefer more options. Single beds were too small for adult to sleep on comfortably . Some nights were too hot. Was central AC turned off?

This is quite a chick hotel with an optimized sense of space. The room was good. The shower is quite wonderful. Overall a good experience. It looks as if the rooms are not sound proof and is easy to hear next door.

The breakfast was simple ..The rooms were spotless clean and modern

The curtains in the room let to much light through so it was never dark in the room and no fault of their own but a construction site next door
