We liked everything! The apartment was great, housekeeping very good, the staff lovely and super friendly! The area where the hotel is located is very nice and safe, and close to the hotel there are 3 supermarkets. They're all located on the same street, so it makes it easy to head to the next store if the first one you visit doesn't have all you need. On the same street there's also a really good bakery. It's great to have free parking also. And: FINALLY AN "EUROPEAN" SHOWER! After spending 2 weeks around Colombia struggling with American showers and their water falling from the ceiling without any chance to not get your hair wet, it was lovely to find a "normal" shower that one can direct where they want! (Seeing the pictures of the showers was actually one of the reasons why we decided to book this specific hotel!). Thank you!!!!

The fact that you need to ask for cooking supplies such as pans and utensils, and dishwashing soap/sponge. If I rent a room/apartment with kitchen, in my opinion I should already find these things provided without asking. But no big deal, we asked and got everything 30 mins later :) It's a bit chilly inside the apartments for people who are not used to Bogotá altitude. Maybe the management could consider adding heating?

An excellent place to stay whilst in Bogota. The location is great and safe. The room is extremely comfortable with excellent facilities. The bed is super comfortable too. Always had instant hot water in the shower. The hotel provides a wonderful breakfast which is a great start to the day. Above all the staff are very caring towards their guests and understand the hospitality industry. I would like to thank all the staff members from the manager to the chef including the cleaners. A special thank you to Carlos and Daniel on reception as they made an extra effort to speak English with me as I don't speak Spanish. They were always courteous and patient. Thank you for a great stay and making me feel welcomed.

Everything is excellent

Clean comfortable and spacious suite in a great location. The shower was hot and strong. The staff were all wonderful, happy and helpful. The opening window and prívate courtyard were great during the day. Great views from rooftop área of hotel.

It could do with a bit of heating, had to use blanket on lounge as it was cold and the kitchen is not well stocked, however staff were helpful in finding a pot for us.

The staff is absolutely amazing. They will tend to your every need. Breakfast is inkluded and if there is a certain way you like your omelet or eggs they will even do that. 🙂 You can even do your laundry free if charge. The cleaning is great and there is always extra fresh towls and linnen. The beds are incredible comfortable and the pillows are amazing. I slept like a baby. The kitchen in the room is great to and if you need a blender to prepare your own smoothies, they will provide you with one. The internet is stable and fast. Good upload/download speed. The hotel is places in an extremely safe area. You can easely move around. The bathrooms are very nice to. I stayed for over a month while i had surgery and they took great care of me. There is free coffe 24/7 in the lobby

1. The room is very big, with a kitchen and sofa, very comfortable! Very clean! 2. The most important thing is that there is stable hot water. It is the only hotel with stable hot water during my half-month trip to Colombia. Thank you, this is so important. 3. The breakfast is very rich and delicious! 4. The hotel staff who received us were very nice and helped us a lot.

it's a modern clean and excellently located Hotel at the heart of one of the best neighbourhoods in the city.

The hotel is located near a main road and can be quite noisy at night. if you are sensitive to sleeping under a high noise environment I would recommend another location. I would suggest the hotel to add additional noise cancelling features.

Everything, the location is safe and short distance to the Parque 93 where you have plenty restaurants and pubs. The staff were brilliant and the breakfast was outstanding, love the local Colombian food that they offer every morning. The view from the apartment was stunning.

The location is in a great area quiet and peaceful. Is walking distance to Parque 93 in which you can find great food and bars. Staff is oriented to a great service!

Location, walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, banks, etc. 15 minutes walk to Parque 93. Room clean and comfortable. Great staff attention.

Noise caused by a construction just beside, so be prepare for all construcción related noises. Nice breakfast but it doesen't have restaurant
