Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and made sure that the stay was a good one. Security was very good since the neighborhood is not very well lit outside at night. My room was large and bathroom was in good condition. The surroundings are like a residential area but fairly close to Parque 93 for restaurants.

The breakfast was average which is common in colombia for 4* hotels which I find strange. One day they claimed bread was not included in the breakfast, which they reversed the day after so most days I got bread. The sound insulation is nearly non existent which can be a problem for shy guests.

The hotel was super clean and the staff was accommodating. They always had a smile on their faces. The location was good and the restaurant right next door was to die for.

The only issue we had was that the hot water didn't really get hot. It was more like above lukewarm and I was a little disappointed because I wanted to take a nice soak in the jacuzzi tub but ended up just showering instead because the water wasn't hot.

The staff was exceptional, they were extremely professional, attentive and kind. I have stayed in so so so many hotel before but this one really blew my mind. It was really far from the airport, which Bogota's traffic it took us around 1,5 hr with taxi to get here. It's located in zona rosa which is the expensive side, it was really close to andres dc which is where we wanted to go. The room was nice but the beds are hard and pillows weren't comfortable but it was a really amazing experience.

The staff was very kind and polite, the bedrooms were clean and spacious. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

Bedrooms next door are a bit noisy, they were doing repairs one afternoon and it was very loud, fortunately they stopped at night. The place might need renovations as some of the decorations are old and worn out. There were no bottled waters in the hallways to refill.

The staff was very friendly and good service. They are always ready to help with anything. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. The location is good and is not so far from Parque 93. In the neighbourhood is a lot of restaurants and cafe's.

Staff were excellent , everyone so friendly and helpful , Victor in the restaurant was great. . Location was good, walking distance to everything we needed, shops, food options, supermarket and pharmacy right next door.

Construction site out the back was noisy in the mornings and some other noise was quiet audible all night sounded like some kind of compressor, only an issue if your on that side of the building.

Outstanding Customer service, Carlos at the check in counter awesome, Carlos at the restaurant, Julio, Brian, Guillermo and everyone else ( sorry I can't come up with all the names) amazing people ... for sure the whole crew is what customer service is all about.

Cleanliness Ambience Location

We weren't informed about the "Happy Hour Special" just until we finished our first drinks, I ordered a Limoncello and it wasn't satisfied, the serving, the quantity, and the amount of ice is not the proper way to serve this drink, the price was too high for this very small drink

the carpet in the room is quite old, also you can notice some bumps and tiles moving under it. cannot open the window as it is not safe for kids. Rooms need to be redecorated.
