A small hotel facing a park in a safe part of the city. You need to use taxis to get around as public transport is awkward to understand and use. Great room-and the first one I have ever stayed in with an exercise machine- with a balcony and small food prep area ( though microwave was non- functional! Excellent breakfast and talented cook ( Ronald Mauricio Ortega Fernandez)for meals later in the day. All the staff were really friendly and helpful- a little bit of Spanish also helps.

I think the kitchenette could be better equipped and some attention to leaky outflows would help. The hotel needs to make it more obvious that they serve food.

It was our first trip to Colombia, to Bogota, so I was very happy that we started and ended our trip with this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, The area where the hotel is located is secure and there is a lively street close to it filled with restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was splendid: diverse and delicious (generous! as well; honestly, the best one I had in Colombia). I end my text with the mention of Ronald, an amazing person and service-oriented staff working at the hotel restaurant. Honestly, he made our stay in Bogota so special with his kindness, attention, good advice and smiles. Ronald, if you ever happen to read this message, thank you again and so much for everything you have done for us. If we ever come back to Colombia, Jazz Apartments is going to be our first check box!

Rooms are large with ours overlooking the park. Lots of action in a very nice part of town. Easy and safe walking distance to bars, restaurants, groceries and shopping. The breakfast was wonderful with a varied buffet and fresh made to order eggs. The staff was gracious at all stages of our 4 day stay. We had no trouble getting an UBER whenever we wanted. The neighborhood seems very safe and remains busy until late at night. The apartment is huge for 2 people and would be good for an extended stay.

It is about 30-40 minutes by UBER to the La Candalaria district and prime tourism spots downtown.

Jazz Apartments is truly an amazing place for both short and long stays. For starters, it is located in one of the most popular areas with the beautiful Virrey park opposite to the hotel. You would love walking around and watching lively bogota people with many weekend activities happening at the park or around that area. Now coming to the hotel itself, the hotel and rooms are extremely clean and the housekeeping staff does an amazing job to keep it clean everyday. The hotel breakfast is another great point here, with very healthy options( exotic fruits, fruit juices, soups etc ) and amazing chefs to prepare anything you want. The spread is different almost everyday and has local Colombian dishes as well. Now lastly coming to hotel staff. This is my first time in Bogota and the hotel staff truly gives you a glimpse of how nice and kind Bogota people are. They are so lively and positive persons. They can provide you with a lot of information about Bogota and things happening around. They are very accommodating to reasonable requests and go a long way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. As a person arriving in Bogota for the first time, this place really makes you feel safe and fall in love with Bogota and the people.

Breakfast was only okeys - quite basic honestly. The location is great, rooms are quiet - park is safe and really nice in front of the property. The bigger rooms are huge, sunny and facing the park. It is a great and safe hub to visit Bogota. We spent here a week and did not regret it at all. There is always security, nice staff - many great places around! Good value for money especially in the Chapinero neighbourhood.

Paola and Jose made our stay very welcoming with friendly and ready to assist hospitality. The service felt personal and professional. Accommodation was clean, tidy, large and comfortable with plenty of options from the mini bar including personal hygiene items. The built in washing machine was perfect to complete a wash before our next stop in Colombia.

Great location! Walking distance to the Zona Rosa where you can find great restaurants, shopping malls, partying places. Also, great access to grocery markets, pharmacies! Right in front of an amazing park with great activities and trails. Room was huge, staff was super friendly, breakfast was good! Definitely a place to consider!

The building is modern, rooms are big , with spacious closets It's across the of Parque del Virrey a Beautiful park and is between the Zona Rosa and Parque de la 93 excellent area. The breakfast is very good and salo you can have lunch or dinner. The staff is very friendly and Yisset the front desk is the best

An excellent place to stay in Bogota, in close proximity to pubs and restaurants and in one of the safest parts of Bogota. The suite I had was fully equipped with attention to detail (lots of toiletries provided too). Camilo was very nice and helpful, also the hotel’s manager, she was so welcoming and showed great hospitality. This is my go to place in Bogota.

Large spacious room, good breakfast and friendly staff. Great location right next to the park for a good morning run.

Strange view from the window and access to the roof; the water in our shower did not drain and it was extremely unpleasant to take a shower.
