The location is very convenience, the living room in the first floor, really good. I would add that the security guards were all very friendly.

I stayed 7 days with my children, the receptionists were very unfriendly, when we requested a broom and a mop they refused to lend us, they do not give cleaning service until the 11 days you have been staying, for me to keep the floor of the room clean with a 4 year- old child It wasn't easy , I would have loved it if they would lend it just once, for about 5 minutes, since I don't live there, it's not convenient for me to buy a broom and a mop, two days later they told me that these services I have to request through the booking page, it doesn't really make sense, I finally left the room and they never gave me what I asked for.

The Apartment was very nice, modern, with everything you need. The location is great, and communication is great. Really its on of the better places I have seen for the money in Bogota, pretty amazing. I will stay agian, even with the issues (small issues)

I have a problem with the check in process. I think it is a little invasive to ask for photos and a selfie if the guest. Not being able to check in at the actual location is a problem (maybe it's just odd for me). also, as other reviews have stated, I can hear everything on the rooms immediately next door. The soundproofing is non-existant.

affordable price, ok location

Thin Walls, you can hear everything. Window curtains are installed badly where sunlight hits you in the face at 6 am. i stayed for 6 nights, they never renew towels or soap or shampoo.

The noise, it's not properly soundproof. You are able to hear when other people put in the code for the door and when it rains, the pipes on the roof were noisy. However, it was a great location with everything close by and very attentive customer service.

It was very cozy, clean, quite, near to a market, pharmacy, restaurants and mall. We love to stay there.

Very good Location and comfortable bed.

The room doesn't have any inside lock and the door use a code lock (just that). Once someone confused his room with mine and I felt very unsafe the rest of my time there. Do not recommend this place if you are a woman traveling alone. Also the staff asked couple of times if I was a guest when I was around the common areas but never asked any of my friends when they were alone. I felt this random verification was related to my appearance because I was the only person of color in the group.

Really modern and really good location

Really bad customer service/ sales team. I wanted to extend and checked the availability of the room and it showed me free capacity both on booking and their website. However, the sales team declined to extend because the lady said, they were full. So I had to make a new reservation and pay again the 20€ fee. Customer service wasn’t able to help.

Great new modern facilities, feeling of cleanliness. Nice little kitchen was a great add on.

Walls were paper thin in our room so you could hear everything from the neighbor's room. Also thin windows, so you could hear lots of noise from the street, including the construction of a nearby building.
