The hotel is in a great location close to very good restaurants, many shops, and 2 beautiful shopping malls. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The lobby is very nice but the rooms are small and in need of some updates like more electrical outlets, modern and space efficient furniture (I hit my my leg shin with the bulky wooden bed frame that sticks out of the mattress), desperately need sound proof windows or walls (you can hear the very loud party noise until late hours from the next door restaurant/bar and it happens even on weekdays). Very small bathrooms.

The room, bed and pillows were very comfy. The hotel staff were lovely and offered us early check in. Location was about 20 mins drive to the mountain and close to other main attractions by Uber. Location was next to clubs and great shopping. The hotel itself is clean, modern and nice inside. A great street vendor selling empanada on the corner near the Nike shop. Highly recommend.

Some homeless people two blocks away. Hotel can’t control that but good to know so it’s not a shock to the system when they approach you at night time.

Room furniture and interior architecture and bathroom was not to the level of a 4 star hotel, e.g. linoleum fake wood flooring had holes underneath. Also, did not like the amount of people begging and trying to sell you something on the street in front of the hotel

I was satisfied by the great amenities offered at a reasonable price. The hotel’s location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I was quite surprised to be charged $8 for a small bottle of water from the minibar. This pricing feels excessive and took away from the otherwise comfortable stay. I believe more reasonable pricing for basic items would greatly improve the guest experience.

As the saying goes; location, location, location :) Perfect right in the city center, walking distance from shops, bars, and restaurants. Hotel itself is nice, decent breakfast and dinner menu with tasty options. Would definitely stay at Avani again!

The AC in my room kept turning off by itself, maintenance came every time with a smile to "fix" it. Water pressure in the shower wasn't optimal but no deal breaker to me.

The service of the staff was excellent, they treated everyone. The breakfast was excellent, the room was soundproofed from the outside, and the location.

The room I have left needs details such as where to hang clothes in the bathroom while you bathe, where to hang towels after bathing. Details that make your stay easier.

I did love the area of this hotel. Daniel was verry attentive and Thomas was nice too ( staff memers). There's 3 different shopping mall and different known brands. Everything is close by and u see cops walking around. Best area

There was no room decor like on the pictures and can be a litlle noisy at night.

The hotel is clean and located in a secure modern area filled with very many well designed shopping malls , bars and restaurants . At night, the lights everywhere are beautiful and lots of people . The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - Bibiana at the front desk was amazing in arranging tours and giving tips on what to do and see . As for George the driver- he drove us round Bogota telling us about the place using google translator and we had so many laughs and such a wonderful day. Breakfast was fantastic, and included delicious Colombian foods , laid out very well and in plenty.

The hotel is located in the area where nightlife happens - parties are all night , every night . So be prepared to join the parties or carry ear plugs.

The overall structure is good and the staff is qualified. The location is great.

It's pity for such a high level of hotel to don't find the hair dryer, but only it's holder on the wall. Also, they don't even make you find a 0,5lt of water as welcoming, you actually find one in the room but it will be charged and the cost will be very exepensive

The hotel is in an excellent location near lots of shops and restaurants. The room was clean, with a very comfy bed and helpful staff. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Perfect hotel for a quick 2 night stay in Bogotá.

The AC in the room was very loud but not a huge deal as we had earplugs!
