Very good hotel in one of the best places in bogota. Friendly people and good breakfast. I can recommend this Hotel for everyone who is in Bogota.

The rooms are large with a sitting area, a desk and a dining table. Room was very clean. There were a lot of restaurants and shops nearby and the area is modern and safe.

Breakfast, both quantity and quality was not great, it also runs out 30 min before the end of breakfast. Even the arepas were bad at breakfast, arepas in Colombia! I left money for housekeeping on the bed, put a "do not disturb" sign on the door, left for 30min to get a coffee, came back to find the money missing and the room not made up so it wasn't housekeeping, I suspect the minibar lady went into the room (but can't be sure). I would not trust leaving any valuables in the room in this hotel. It's not very accessible with stairs at the entrance so that's tricky with suitcases (although staff at reception is happy to help). Minibar charges, even though I didn't use anything, but that seems to be the case in every hotel I stayed at in Colombia.

Very nice location — very safe, with lots of great restaurants and shops around. The room was nice, the beds very comfy, and the hot shower was great. Breakfast was excellent. I would definitely book again.

The rooms have carpets, which is something I personally don’t like. The view from the back of the building wasn’t great, and on the first night it was very noisy because of a disco next door that went on until around 2 a.m.

Amazing location in Bogota to stay. Close to manu restaurants , clubs and amenities around. Thank you to Alejandro at the reception for being super kind and helpful, it makes the experience 10 times better when the staff is kind and friendly. Highly recommend, would stay here again in the future

Very nice people work in this hotel. I would stay there again. Breakfast included and served until 10 am. The room was cleaned every morning. Hot shower anytime. Quiet and in the middle of the night life zona T. Very nice restaurants, bars and night clubs around. Very safe zona T. Three malls steps away from the hotel.

It is located in the fine area of Chapinero, just a short walk away from all the nightlife and cool places. The room was spacious, and equipped with everything we needed and more. The staff was very helpful. I really loved the breakfast. It was like an introduction to Colombian cuisine. The choice of juices and fruits they had.... I was surprised, compared to other hotels who just offer papaya, melon and watermelon, they had also mangosteen and lulo and some others I couldn't name at that point.

We were in the hotel for two nights. They offer an airport pickup (it cost us 60.000 COP). The best thing was the breakfast. There was a wide selection of dishes, everything we tried was tasty, plus the dishes were different on day two. The room was comfortable, the bed was a bit hard, but still comfortable for us. The area seemed safe and lively, a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. But still wasn't that noisy at night. All in all, a great value for money.

We had an issue with our booking, so the hotel wasn’t able to accommodate us on the first night. However, they arranged for us to stay at a nearby hotel, and when we checked in the next day, they kindly upgraded our room for the rest of our stay. Excellent service!

we loved the staff who were so friendly and helpful. in a good location in Bogota close to posh shops and lots of restaurants (must try Andres DC excellent!) the complimentary breakfast was excellent with a good choice of fruit cereal and eggs etc. we loved the Columbian rice and chicken. coffee good. good hot water in shower.

rooms little musty and dated, we didn’t like that the staff entered our room to close the curtains when we were out at night. juice could be better at breakfast. no coffee machine in room which is very unusual for hotel.
