The hotel is near to the malls , shopping facilities and restaurants, also the good night life. The room is very comfy, clean, and has everything you need. Breakfast is cool and delicious, and the staff is always friendly and courteous. It is a 100% recommended place and would definitely go back again. From there, most things are walking distance and Uber, didi and food can arrive easily, and a very secure area too

We used the laundry service, and clothes were still a little wet, but from there, everything else was amazing. A/C might be an option, too, or a bigger fan, but not strictly necessary since Bogotá is cold mostly

The location is great, it's near restaurants and shopping malls. And it's an easy way to get there, so the location is superb. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful and they will try to accommodate any need that you have. It is an amazing value for the price since, again, the location is excellent.

Listen, if you are a person that runs hot. Make sure that you ask for a fan. The rooms do not have AC. And this is very sometimes frustrating, but they can give you a fan. Also, the showers are a bit weird since they don't have enough pressure in the showerhead. You can hear the noise from the street. But if you're a heavy sleeper, then you're okay, well or if you take something to sleep.

Great location close to shopping centre, bars and restaurants in an area where we felt totally safe wandering around. Rooms were small but perfectly comfortable and Shower worked well. Every member of staff we met was super friendly and spoke at least some English. They were also very patient with our rudimentary Spanish. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. All in all, good value for money and I would be very happy to return here if in Bogotá in the future

As others have said, rooms are a bit on warm side (visited in January) and there is noise from nearby bars even midweek. (They like their music loud in Bogotá!) However a fan was provided, which helped a bit and although noticeable we did not find the noise level intrusive enough to prevent sleep and slept well.

Very clean, good breakfast served for a couple hours, very friendly staff. Access to taxi. Safe area around the hotel. I felt very welcoming and natural in the hotel thank you the people that I met at the reception

It is a quite far from center and all attractions I wanted to see. But it was a choice in between being safe at the evening when going for late meals or being a close to center and not go out after the evening came

Elevator a little uncomfortable, but no a big deal. Not all staff were friendly. It was a problem trying to arrange transportation services before arriving at the hotel. In the end we did not hire the transportation service provided by the hotel.

Hotel Saint Simon: This hotel boasts a truly privileged location right in the heart of everything. I enjoyed strolling around the area, and just across the street, there are restaurants and shops. The Andino shopping center is a mere 5-minute walk away. The hotel, although small, is cozy, and some of the staff members are very attentive. Additionally, they offer paid transportation services, which can be beneficial in certain situations. The included breakfast is diverse and quite comprehensive.

They should improve their customer service; although some staff members are attentive, there is room for improvement.

Good location - lots of good restaurants and bars. Recommend Andrés D.C. Bogotá for dinner and dancing. Staff were very helpful including helping with translations and organising taxis etc. Breakfast exceeded expectations with different fresh fruits and fruit juices every day, hot and continental options and even an omelette bar. Bed was comfortable, good storage in the room and bathroom. 24h porter was useful for late nights and early starts. In a bustling part of town so always people around and places to go.

Clean room with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel location is great and central. Area feels super safe, even at night. Would stay again.

The wifi is essentially non functioning. The hotel has hot water but it cools down fast so showers have to be short. I also noticed orange mold in the shower head.

Great location, within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and cafes in Bogotá. Near shopping centers as well. Room was very comfortable. Walking around at any time of day or night felt very safe. The staff are wonderful and helpful, They were kind and took care of all of our request in a timely manner.

Can be a bit noisy at night.

Nice little hotel in a nice neighborhood near lots of restaurants and shops. Quite far from La Candeleria but we knew it and we chose this area for safety, easy to get a taxi / uber to centro. The room was perfect, no luxury but exactly what we were looking for, very clean, great service from staff. No AC. The breakfast was the best we had in Colombia! Highly recommend this hotel
