Nice comfy hotel near the zona T. Nice room clean with anything you need for a short stay. Plenty of space is definitely a plus. Very kind personnel, huge tv with plentiful of channels, fridge and bottomless shampoo and soap

Breakfast is very good but essential and coffee is not at the level you would expect in Colombia ;). But it is not a great deal to be honest. Definitely worth staying

The staff was all very friendly and helpful during my whole time there. They helped me with understanding the reservations and were very helpful when I needed to file a police report for my cell phone that was stolen when I was on the streets.

Friendly staff, central location. I appreciate the hotel being off the main roads and on tranquil street. Breakfast is good!

I will never stay on the 2nd floor- lobby noise was heard throughout the night, poor sleep from interior room. My first stay we were on the 4th floor, exterior room- no lobby noise, great sleep!

The room was large and very comfort, clean and with a small freeze with some goodies. Enough space to place the baggage. It has a safe box, tv work very good, and the staff was very kind.

It doesn´t have a hair dryer, I asked for one but it didn´t work very good. The location of the Hotel is in an area that is doesn´t look very safe, specially during the nights. The street in front of the hotel it´s somehow noisy around rush hours.

I would definitely stay here again. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and great central location- we walked a ton to explore this great city!

Loud traffic, but that is Colombia. Thin walls/floors, heard nearby neighbors.

The staff was amazing, when our room had a problem they just changed our room in 15 minutes!

the Wi-Fi did not work so good in some rooms, but because of that they moved us to a different room which worked a bit better. Also, the noise from the street is insane! even on weekends and from the 6th floor you can hear every car passing. they should invest in noice cancelation. in the family room, they should add sun blockers for the childrens room

The location is amazing - in the heart of Zona Rosa and walking distance to everything! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great.

Hotel Housekeeper was a judging us a bit for coming late.

We were a big group but still had our own space, it is very comfortable and we could have a nice and clean rest.
