The staff of this hotel are absolutely wonderful. Diana at the front desk is a great asset to the hotel and was so helpful with any questions. They have a decent breakfast. The rooms don’t have air conditioning, but it wasn’t a problem for me as the window was large and opens to ventilate. I don’t know what it would be like during hot weather. The room was exceptionally clean and a very nice bathroom. The minibar is stocked with items for sale, but there’s room to put a couple extra things inside. Overall, a very good value and a fantastic safe location with lots of nice restaurants and stores nearby and a park in front.

Wonderful hotel and the management is exceptional. Diana ay the front desk was so helpful and a great asset to the hotel. The room was so comfortable and the sheets and bed are wonderful. Nice bathroom. You can’t beat the location in El Retiro and there’s so much to see; great shopping and restaurants just next-door. There’s a lot of fresh fruit at breakfast.

Poor breakfast for supposedly 4* hotel. Breakfast was 2*. Staff dont speak english and don't wish you a happy new year. Service training is much needed.

The location is great! Generally safe walking around. Near Andino mall, Zona Rosa, and many restaurants. The staff is helpful and friendly. Clean rooms. Good value for the location. The bed is comfortable and the shower is good.

There is no heat, so most nights are on the cold side. Wifi throughout the hotel was poor. About 3 Mbps upload and download, enough for a personal video chat, but not great for work/zoom. My fridge happened to be on the blink. Hallways and rooms are slightly dated. For 2 of the 8 days I was there, the water system required maintenance, so there was no water for part of the day.

Very nice property, in a quiet street 2 blocks from Andino Mall and Zona T. Close enough but away from the noise to ensure a good night sleep. Big room. Very good value for money. Will come back.

While the common areas were perfectly clean, the room's could have been improved. This was noted to the management and they informed that measures will be taken.

Satff was nice and the hotel was comfortable. Location is unparalleled. Close enough to the heart of Zona Rosa to walk there in minutes, but not close enough that the noise of bustle is an issue

I like the location and the staff was helpful and professional. It is on a residential area but very closed to many restaurants and shopping and entertaining areas.

A bit outdated. Breakfast could offer more fresh bakery options. There is a small light/fire alarm? in the ceiling above the bed that blinks every few seconds making you hard to sleep.

This hotel is excellent. It's close to the finest restaurants and malls. Staff was superior and accomodations were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.
