Our room far exceeded our expectations being very spacious and comfortable. Staff were wonderful - particular thanks to Jésus and Victoria but everyone was friendly and helpful. Beautiful breakfast room with excellent range to choose from.

Bogotá is a vibrant noisy city which is definitely part of its appeal, but if you want a quiet night make sure the windows are fully closed. The hotel is on a quiet street which is definitely a positive, but not so close to shops/restaurants.

I did like the hotel. The location was optimal for me, close to the conference venue, in an affluent, safe neighborhood. The staff was very helpful and I liked the breakfast. The room was comfortable enough (though furniture shows signs of wear) and was equipped with an iron. The common space was very comfortable - the club room provides lots of space for talks and meetings.

Free wireless internet was rather slow - I had issues to check in to my flights or send attachments. During warm season, ask for air conditioning. Personally, I also find the room access uncomfortable - the guest is provided with a 7-digit code on a small piece of paper, no keys. Whenever I forgot the piece of paper, I had to ask at the reception for assistance (a little awkward).

This is a charming boutique hotel very conveniently located close to Zona T in busy Bogotá, We had a great stay there. Breakfast was good and the room was clean and spacious. The staff is extremely friendly and very forthcoming, making us feel very much at home. Special thanks go to Edna and Yojan at the restaurant!

Nothing we did not like, would always come back!

Large comfortable room, junior suite. Pluses like double sink, sofa, desk. We asked for a kettle and it was brought to us with a selection of teas. Breakfast has made to order eggs and a nice selection of breads, cheese and fruits . Staff were very professional. Quiet location too!

No fan or air circulation unless the windows are open.

Excellent hospitality. I'm trying to learn Spanish, so every time I ran into a member of the staff I'd rope them into a little conversation and they were always happy to oblige. I felt like we became friends. Excellent view from my room. Excellent soaking tub. Huge comfy bed. Enjoyable breakfast

The street noise does take a little getting used to

The room was a very good size. It had a large, comfortable bed and a big bathroom with a larger than normal bath. It was about a 10 minute walk from the main shopping area.

Nothing stood out as bad. There could maybe be some signs at breakfast so you know what the hot food items are.

The staff were excellent - very attentive and helpful. They cleaned the room everyday. The room was extremely comfortable with a huge bed and bathroom. The location was walking distance to Zona T with lots of restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options

Big, clean rooms, good location. The staff were very nice and helpful. Jesus made a special effort getting us food after we arrived late after a long flight. It was much appreciated!

The room was a bit dated but comfortable

The service in the hotel was excellent, renovations are ongoing and the quality of the room was very good.

Breakfast was a little sparse. The eggs could have been better prepared and for Colombia, well the coffee could be fresh.
