Good location in Bogotá. Bright and modern. Comfortable bed, linen etc. Excellent large shower, nice toiletries. Room 208 has two room-adjacent courtyard gardens!

A number of minor things: the room safe door was locked when we arrived. Tissue box was empty. No spare toilet roll. Quite a few scuff marks in the room. Form over substance design of washbasin; difficult to use without splashing yourself. Silly light switches and badly positioned.

Location AMAZING. Safe and pleasant area. 7min walk from T zone where you have lots of restaurants, bars, shops, mall...everything in one place. Much better to stay here then in city center. My friend lives also near by and as tourist this is definitely a place to stay in. Enterior is super nice and cozy. Rooms are spacious, modern, clean and bed very comfortable. Kinda of room where you wanna stay all day in without need to go out.

Service is not always attentive. E.g. they didnt clean ashtray outdoors in smoking area whole day, was full of buds, also lots of people are smoking and only 1 ashtray available. They dont promptly clean up the tables in lobby. Dirty glass from juice and small papers were on table for couple of hours. Restaurant food could be better, ribeye wasnt cooked well, omelette was raw inside and not as per menu, they repeated it and still wasnt good. (still raw inside and missing ingredients that are written in menu). They need more attention to detail when it comes to hospitality.

The aircon was poorly functional which meant we woke up in sweats and struggled to cool the room down.

BOG is recommended to me from a friend who lives in Bogota. The location is excellent, in a "safe" neighborhood and within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and relatively well layout. Best part is the shower, which is hot and powerful. I also appreciate that the music in the lobby is not too loud; I can actually have a nice and relaxing meeting / conversation without screaming.

Wifi in the hotel is a bit spotty, works well in lobby but not so well in the restaurant and some other common areas. As in most hotels, lighting in room could be better, not suitable for working or reading.

Location is very central with lots of restaurants and bars around Rooms are very spacious, nicely set up and the bed very comfortable Staff was very friendly and effcient

it is very new, the staff it’s super friendly , the breakfast it is very reach and nice, close by everything walking distance, 500-600m and your are at the best malls, night life, casino and the best restaurants of Bogota. the hotel it is best value for money, just one street away from BOG hotel the prices are doble or more for same 5stars. also we did tur city, museum and Moseratte hill, amazing experience, the reception helped as to book a tur guy, was very secure. finally this zone it is the most secure area of Bogota, just come and enjoy the nice food, shopping and culture.

clean, nice, friendly

Pros: 1) Quiet Location. Safe area, within walking distance to Zona Rosa (just a few blocks away). Plenty of restaurants and shopping. 2) Clean hotel and accommodating staff (great service). 3) Comfortable bed and spacious luxurious shower. 4) Nice bar and restaurant with pretty good breakfast options.

Cons: 1) I expected a higher quality of room for the price. The room didn’t really look like what I expected from the photos. I expected the room to look more immaculate and newer in appearance. 2) You are not at the center of Zona Rosa.

Location but you can see there were huge changes from my last stay

The restaurant menu and food had fallen of the cliff. Sad this was one of the main reason I opted not to eat there this time around

One of the very best hotels I’ve been to. Equipments were really good, nice room and wonderful shower. Gym was ok, could add some heavier weights but I guess you can’t expect to have the same equipment than in a traditional gym. Nice steam room as well. Personnel were very kind and helpful.

Nothing really

it was cousy, comfortable and well located. Room was very nice, good bed, good pillows and great shower.

The staff was not able to fix my room phones (any 3 of them) during my whole stay. I wouldn’t usually mind about this but I had a 3 room reservation with my family, so being able to communicate between rooms was relevant in this trip. Breakfast was just average and menu in general not memorable. The rooftop while having the chance of being nice, lacked of ambience. Dont get me wrong. I would happily stay again, but they have room to improve.
