The rooms have an interesting setup but they're pretty and very comfortable. The hotel is in a fairly lively location, but the room was always quiet. As others have said, you can hear a bit of what's going on inside the hotel, but it wasn't enough to actually bother me at all. The showers were great - plenty of hot water. The staff was also very friendly and helpful and there were a lot of nice little touches. It's a great value and I really enjoyed my stay.

The only minor complaint I have is that the tvs are a little old. On one particularly rainy day in Bogota, it would've been nice to have a smart tv so I could watch netflix etc. But they do have good satellite tv so it's truly a fairly petty complaint.

The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and the breakfast is really good. The location is really safe with loads of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance.

The staff in general were superb however there was one guy on reception the second time we stayed who was offhand and arrogant. Hope you get to meet the lovely ones 👍

Excellent location close to a lot of great restaurants, bars and shopping. Staff is amazing so polite and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful; buffet had a variety of fruits, juices, breads etc plus you can order a la carte eggs, pancakes, waffles etc. Room super clean, beds very comfortable as well as pillows. We had a fantastic stay here and will be back!! Front desk can arrange transportation too! A plus to move around in this big amazing city.

We loved the proximity to our favourite spots in Parque 93! Around the corner were some of our favourite restaurants, a little walk and we were at Andino Mall, the park was nearby, the street was clean and upscale! The property was really nice and well-kept! The shower was the BEST shower we had in a while! The water pressure was like a waterfall - it was amazing! The receptionists and bellman were sooo kind and friendly! They made us feel like they were happy to see us each time we passed through the lobby! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! We will be back!

Great location, wonderful staff, clean and quiet. I had an issue with the safety box and was immediately addressed.

Rooms have a strange layout but it is ok. The hotel and rooms need remodeling. Many things here and there look beat up and old. The gym has very old equipment. The treadmill looks ancient and shuts off after few minutes of functioning. it is obvious that maintenance and functionality of the fitness center are not a priority for the hotel. there are some funny touches like the TV in the gym on the opposite wall to where one looks when working out. 😉

All the staff are amazing, so helpful and nice! From the cook to the reception and waiters everyone is so polite, professional and helpful. This is by far the best asset of this hotel. Premises are correct and comfortable and breakfast very balanced with eggs and variety of fresh fruits. Location is excellent in walking safe area of Chapinero. The value that this hotel offers for the price is outstanding.

Bathrooms are ok, correct. Really acceptable for the great value for the price.

Everyone was very friendly. As a vegan I was concerned about having anything to eat for breakfast, but the Restaurant team was so kind and welcoming and even made special vegan pancakes for me to eat. They also had almond milk for my caffe latte for me. I really appreciated the effort they put into making me feel welcome at this hotel.

Really liked the staff, they were so friendly and super helpful and tried to teach us some Spanish too, the location was excellent felt very safe, the cleanliness was great and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was very handy, didn’t like the eggs but the waffles and the pancakes were lovely and the continental was lovely. Everything was perfect. They give you free drinks at the reception and bottled water in the rooms. Showers were waterfall and really nice.

The location is really nice, close to a lot of restaurants and the park 93. The hotel is clean. There was good breakfast. Stuff helped me with transfer from and to the airport, that was so convenient.

The room isn’t big and there isn’t separate bathroom. The sink is in the room, that’s not comfortable in my opinion.

We loved everything about the property we felt safe, and the property was very clean. And the staffs are truly amazing. They also organized airport transportation for us we had to leave 4:00am and the driver was on time. The breakfast was amazing. I was celebrating my birthday and I got a cute note with a slice of cake. Everything was just amazing also the location is great food spots all around mall Parks etc.

We loved everything
