A carefully designed hospitality experience makes this a trully boutique hotel. All the staff was very kind and attentive. The facilities are very comfortable and modern. The breaksfast was a highlight both quality and service. A great buffet with a variety of fresh fruits, breads and cold cuts, combined with a hot dishes menu. There also the excellent service of Michael well represented the the excellent hospitality provided at the Click Clack.

The location of the hotel is in a very nice and upscale area, but it is a bit far away from the historic city center where the main touristic attractions are located.

Breakfast is great! Really cool hotel with a very social vibe but still corporate and mature. The rooftop bar is a great hangout. Staff is very professional, friendly, and hospitable. Room was full of little details like beverages, extra pillows, etc.

My room booking was upgraded to a room with a little deck. The room was still small, and the deck didn't really offer an interesting view. I guess it provides just the comfort of being able to sit outside (if not raining, of course!). Also, the shower had a fixed rain top mounted shower head with no additional hose, which makes it really hard to shower for those of us trying to avoid getting our hair wet. Not a deal breaker but definitely inconvenient.

We loved our stay at the Click Clack! The whole hotel has so much personality. Everywhere you look there are clever signs and sayings, and unique decorations. We were able to book last minute and had wonderful communication from the hotel to secure an airport transfer. It was so easy to message our driver and find him at the pickup area. Our driver was very friendly and even helped me practice my Spanish. We were greeted immediately when we arrived at the hotel and check in was easy. There are a ton of great restaurants nearby and it was safe to walk around late at night. The room itself was great. The bed was so comfortable with plenty of pillows and a down comforter. We were able to store our bags for free the next day after we checked out because we had a few hours to explore before our flight. Highly recommend!

The staff is excellent - particularly the restaurant staff, who were all super friendly. The front desk staff was also helpful. Even the maid offered to help me with my luggage! The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with lots of options. We also had dinner there one night and it was very good. The hotel has a cool hip vibe and my room (a junior suite) had floor to ceiling windows with a city view. The bed was comfortable, with a choice of pillows (a nice touch). The room and bathroom were cleaned every day.

For us, the location was far away from the sites we were interested in - about 1/2 hour away from the Candelaria area, where all the main Bogota attractions are. Luckily, there are a few restaurants in the area. The lighting in the room and bathroom aren't as bright as I would like (this seems to be a trend in hotels now) and the shower is black, making it not that easy to see when you are showering. I was traveling with my parents (85 & 90) who both have eyesight issues, so this was a bit difficult for them. Still, a great hotel overall, and again, the staff was fantastic!

The staff, the staff are unbelievably good. Attentive and helpful without being intrusive. The room cleaner even decided to sort my untidy mass of cables, and when i returned to the room that were neatly coiled with cable ties! The breakfast buffet. Really a top three lifetime breakfast buffet, pipped for me only by the one at the Hyatt Regency in Hawaii

The room could be bigger, and the bed against the wall thing isn’t my favourite The shower lacked a hand attachment The noise, the hotel (like South America generally) is noisy

The deco and overall style are amazing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room are confortable and quirky. A great selection of pillows and the bed was very comfortable and big. The rooftopar was great with a good selection of drinks but the burgers were not as good as expected. The restaurants is beautiful and the selection of food and meals was top notch. Also, great location and very safe.

A glass window that looks from the bed into the shower may be ok but that you can also looks at the toilet? That's not good at all. I don't understand why fancy restaurants think that aesthetic is ok or comfortable.

Design. Design.Design. Every single detail in this hotel is a testament of a great architecture and interior design. I loved my stay here and wish I could stay few more days. Beds are super comfortable, with 3 different kind of pillows to choose from, rooms and facilities are spotless. Breakfast was great and staff is helpful and friendly, they organised my airport transfers and a massage. Location is in the quiet and green part of the city with many great restaurants, bars and cafes in walking distance. I will come back for sure.

Highly recommended. the venue itself is modern, very well maintained, precise to description. hotel room i had was junior suite on 4th floor... i will say be aware that the floor to ceiling windows are clear (you can see outside and people can see you)...if you are up for being an exhibitionist well... that's on you. decor is unique and great, mini bar is nice (free to take for first time consumption). bathroom can be a little dark but manageable, great shower! toiletries are a great addition (not luxury but definitely good assortment and quality). room temperature was warm for me,thought the central air was out but the junior suites face the front so lots of sun exposure. was told this absorbs heat but yes this was only thing i wish was better. all else for room and hotel was wonderful!! no gym but have spa services :) Secondly, the staff was absolutely lovely, very attentive and helpful throughout my entire stay. Breakfast is great, you can head down and there's standard fruit, meats, juice to take. you'll then have an attendant take your order from their breakfast menu and it's all good. Recommend trying the local fruit and their coffee options were solid also. apache rooftop bar is super nice, amazing drinks and wonderful staff!! whole team made me feel very secure as a single female traveler in bogota for the first time, top notch in this regard! made sure i knew of the area, the restaurants, the tourist sites to go to, those not to go to, just kept me well informed. they looked out for me in every regard, whether in lobby, breakfast lounge or at rooftop bar, they made sure i was safe, being looked after and that is top of the line service for me. if you arrive late, there is a 24/7 convenience store next door, street over is full of restaurants, mall close by is great, beauty salon is great. Uber is super easy and accessible. tourist areas like candelaria, museums, restaurants and all that is just an uber away.

air conditioning wasn't the best in my room, felt warm and stuffy. windows did face front so there's that and if it bothers you that much the staff can bring portable air conditioning. i didn't request it. no gym.. they have partnership with local facility or you can go to a non-partnership one also close by.

We had a great time at the click clack. Very modern and chic. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the free breakfast that was included with the hotel was very nice! Our room was spacious and the large windows were great! The hotel staff was lovely and super helpful. They helped us book taxis and tours and massages and we’re super accommodating to an issue we had in our room. We had a great day and would return.

The bathroom! Well, the bathroom was big and they had nice amenities in it, the lighting in the bathroom, specifically in the shower, stunk!It was so low. It was really hard to see in the shower and put on my makeup 😀 Also, the door to our shower didn’t close causing water to leak out on the floor. The water pressure and heat temperature were also not great. Besides the bathroom, we loved our room and the hotel.

Loved the yummy breakfast options, how kind the staff about my pet staying over and also how helpful they were handling my luggage. The room had AC which was great, I think last time I stayed this was not the case, so congratulations!!!

I found the communication system with the front desk confusing - you have to do it through a QR and then a link and then it redirects you to a phone call or something. Its just too much when a simple intercom system or phone would be ideal. Once I figured it out, it worked fine.
